The resident advised he located two animal carcasses, which may be his cat. After looking at the carcasses, Officer was unable to determine the type of animal, or what may have caused their deaths.
6/28/2016	12:13 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Carriage Dr.	Officer was on patrol in the area of the listed location and observed the interior light on in a red Kia parked in the driveway. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner and advised her about the light. She retrieved her keys, turned the light off and secured the vehicle.

Office made contact with the male, who advised that he had been dropped off at the McDonalds. Officer requested he continue on his way. 6/28/2016	4:20 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	Officer was dispatched to the intersection in reference to a crash involving a tractor trailer and car. Upon arrival Officers secured the scene until Units from Ohio State Highway Patrol arrived and investigated the crash and issued a citation to the semi driver. Officers stayed on scene to assist with traffic control.

She stated that several of the neighbor kids keep trespassing on the lot. She did not want anyone back there due to safety reasons. Officer made contact with the neighbors and their children. They all advised that they understood and would not go onto the property any more.
6/28/2016	10:58 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a strange light in the sky. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller and advised the light she is looking at appears to be coming from the International Space Station.

They stated that they had been dropped off and were going door to door on behalf of Ever Dry Water Proofing. Both parties were advised they needed to obtain a permit. Officer stood by until their ride arrived.
6/29/2016	4:33 PM	Road Hazard	Carriage Dr.	Officer received an anonymous complaint of a sink hole in front of the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer observed a hole in the pavement and contacted the Street Department. Cones were placed around the hole until repairs were made.

6/30/2016	8:23 PM	Barking Dog	West South St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking complaint. The caller stated that the dog at the listed location had been outside barking for an extended period of time. Officer made contact with the dog’s owner who apologized for the inconvenience and stated that he would bring the dog in immediately.
6/30/2016	9:18 PM	Marijuana	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer was flagged down by resident who advised that her neighbor has been smoking marijuana most of the day with his front door open. Officers met with the neighbor and explained the complaint. Officers did not smell anything while speaking with him.
7/1/2016	1:18 AM	Telecom Harassment	Jackson Blvd.	Officer was on patrol and flagged down by resident and advised of a scam. She stated she received a call from 1-855-837-2348, who claimed to be a debt consolidator. She stated she called the number back and realized it was a scam.

7/1/2016	5:46 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle/person. Dispatch advised a male was seen getting in and out of a white van and walking around the building with a flashlight. Upon arrival, along with the Madison County Sheriff's Office, Officers located the male, who advised he was going through the dumpsters. The caller stated that the construction crew at the new build across from this residence was playing music and waking her infant up. Upon arrival Officer made contact with several workers who apologized and agreed to turn the music down.

The caller stated that a maroon Buick was driving all over the roadway. Officer located a maroon Buick and observed no driving violations. 7/2/2016	10:34 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Murlay Dr.	Officer was dispatched to area of the listed location in reference to an upset female walking around through the back yard crying looking for her dog. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the female looking for her dog. Officer and dog owner were able to locate the dog a short distance from the house.
7/2/2016	11:08 PM	DOC	Jackson Blvd.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a male subject outside the residence who appeared to be attempting to gain entry into the home. Upon arrival Officer located the male who was very intoxicated leaning against the fence beside the residence. Officer transported the male to his residence and released him to his parents. The complainant did not wish to pursue charges for trespassing and declined to give a statement.
7/3/2016	12:10 AM	DOC	North Mechanic St.	Officer while on routine patrol heard a male subject yelling. Officer then observed, what appeared to be a fight at the listed location.
