Officer met with resident in reference to a theft from his truck. He advised that sometime overnight, someone had entered his truck and stole multiple items.

Officer met with resident. He advised that someone had entered his vehicle overnight. He said he thinks the only thing taken was 3 or 4 dollar bills and that whoever was in the vehicle had left behind an ID Badge belonging to another individual.

Officer made contact with owner of the ID Badge at the listed address to return property to her that was recovered from a neighboring resident's vehicle. Upon returning the badge to her Officer asked her to look through her vehicle to see if anything was missing. She said that someone had definitely been in her vehicle. She said that besides the ID badge, she believed some money to be missing.

Officer received a complaint about a young female walking along the listed address unsupervised. Upon arrival, she advised she had been waiting by the road for her neighbor to pick her up to take her to Vacation Bible School. The neighbor picked her up a short time later.

He advised he was riding his bike home from work when four other males began following him while verbally harassing him. Officer spoke with the males and their parents and all parties involved agreed to stay away from the caller and to use better judgment.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose canine. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller, who advised she located the canine in her back yard. As the Officer held the canine, it turned and bit the Officer's right arm. The owner of the canine, came to the department and picked it up. Officer advised him of the possible charges/ consequences for his canine getting loose.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the female. She requested to be transported to the hospital because she was worried that her medication wasn't correct. Medic 261 arrived and transported her to a local hospital.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence complaint. The caller was involved in a verbal altercation with her son, who became upset and started breaking things and left the residence. Officer located the juvenile, placed him into investigative custody and transported him back to the residence. The caller advised that she found a bag full of items which she believed were stolen. After further investigation Officer transported the juvenile to Central Ohio Youth Center without incident

Officer was dispatched to the listed location to the report of missing children. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller. Officer requested a medic and additional units to respond to the scene. It was determined that the female was suffering some hallucinations. The female refused medic transportation to the hospital, Officer later transported her to a local hospital.

Sergeant of the Union County Sheriff's Office responded to the listed location (due to Officer being on another call) in reference to a suspicious person complaint. The caller advised of a male subject walking around the property with a flash light. Sergeant checked the property but was unable to locate anyone. The subject called in later stating he was the male that had been walking around with the flash light trying to locate a skunk nest in order to set up a live trap.

Officer observed a black Ford Ranger turn in front of a grey Honda to avoid a collision the Honda was forced to strike the curb in front of the listed location causing minor scrapes on the front bumper. Gregory Tackett was issued a citation for Failure to Yield.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a dog locked inside a vehicle. Upon arrival Officer observed a small dog inside a red Hyundai. The windows were all slightly down and the dog did not appear to be in distress. While attempting to locate the vehicle owner they came to the vehicle to check on the dog. Officer advised the pet owner that they could not leave the dog inside the vehicle for extended periods of time do to the heat. One of the owners agreed to remain with the dog.

Officer responded to listed location having charges for resident. Upon arrival Officer placed Cameron Phillips into custody without incident for Assault and Child Endangering. He was then transported to the Plain City Police Department and then the Tri County Regional Jail.

Officer was met on station by property owner in reference to a trespassing complaint. He stated that he has had multiple reports of a male taking pictures, and also coming onto his property and making the residence feel uncomfortable. Officer made contact with the male at his residence and explained the complaint, who advised he would not go on the property, nor take any pictures of the residence.

Officers were dispatched to the listed area in reference to an attempt to locate. Dispatch advised a gold Honda with four suspects were just involved in a burglary. The vehicle left the scene and was possible enroute to Lima. Upon arrival Officers were unable to locate any vehicle's matching that description.

Upon arrival, Officers met with the residents, who advised a female, who has a protection order against the male, was walking past their residence when the male was outside. Officer advised the female of the complaint and that due to the past history she should find an alternate route to walk. Officer also made contact with the female's mother, and advised her of the incident.

Officers were stationary in Pastime Park when approached. The male juvenile advised he is supposed to be camping at the park with friends but was unable to sleep and inquired if he could walk to his grandparents. Due to curfew laws Officer transported him to his residence.
