unknown person setting fire to a brush pile in the front yard. Upon arrival
Officer met with the resident who had already extinguished the fire. Officer
completed a check of the subdivision and adjacent subdivisions on foot and
did not locate anyone.

that was locked inside a car with all of the windows rolled up. There were no
vehicles parked under the awning upon arrival. Officer could not find the
vehicle in the lot.

Officer met with individual at the police department. She
advised that she works for the Miami Valley Steam Threshers Association, and
someone had turned in a folding aluminum walker into the lost and found.
Officer was unable to locate any serial numbers to attempt to locate the
property owner.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
vehicle fire that had been put out. Dispatch advised a vehicle engine had
caught fire at the listed location, and the owner was requesting a report for
insurance purposes. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the owner, who
showed the damage to his vehicle.

Officer was dispatched to the area in reference to a missing
wallet. Dispatch advised property owner accidently left her wallet on top of
her vehicle and pulled out of the driveway. A short time later, the property
was found and returned to the property owner.

non-injury crash. A crash report was completed and both parties exchanged
insurance information. Dana Lightfoot was issued a citation for Failure to
Yield from a Stop Sign.

message delivery. Officer made contact with the resident and advised him of

respond to an injury crash involving a semi. Upon arrival Officer assisted

reference to a juvenile that was hallucinating and making suicide threats.
Upon arrival, Officer stood by until Deputy was able to get the juvenile out

male subject who was becoming angry and wouldn't listen. Upon arrival,
Officer met with residents and learned that the male was upset over purchases
made. Officer spoke with the male about his actions and encouraged him when
he feels himself getting angry, to excuse himself from the situation and go
for a walk. He advised that he would try and do that next time.

anonymous. She advised that there was a male subject sleeping in a silver car
at one of the campsites. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the male. He
advised that he was camping and provided his camping permit.

missing adult and juvenile. Upon arrival, along with units from the Madison
and Union County Sheriff's Departments, Officers met with the caller. She
advised her husband and her son went kayaking today. She was to pick the two
of them up and advised neither of them had their cell phones on them. While
speaking with her, she received a call advising the husband and son were at
their residence.
