911 follow-up. On call back, dispatch made contact with the caller who
advised that she was trying to make a long distance call and had accidentally
called 911. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller who again
advised that everything was okay.

Officer located the vehicle to learn that the driver was not an experienced
driver and was practicing. The driver and passenger changed places to get

Chevrolet Malibu. Officer learned that the driver was suspended and had an
active warrant out of the Union County Sheriff's Office for a traffic

Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana.

The complainant stated that a female walking her dog came onto his property
briefly before continuing her walk. Officer located the female and advised

windows. Officers located the juveniles who were then given a warning for
