Officer responded on the report of an elderly customer attempting to withdraw funds, potentially under duress or as part of a scam, which the officer determined was not the case. However, the customer does have dementia and previously had a protective measure placed on her account that prohibited her from withdrawing funds without a family member present. A family member was contacted and met the customer at the bank.
