02-Jun-22	7:56:00 PM	Falsification	North Ave.	Officers responded on a suspicious person(s) complaint, of an unknown male and female hanging around the dumpster area. Officers made contact with the subjects. The male initially gave officers fake information due to having a warrant out of Madison County. Subsequently, Dereck Meddock, 38, of Sabina, OH, was arrested for the outstanding warrant and charged with Falsification. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.	North Avenue Apartments
02-Jun-22	4:57:00 PM	Theft/Identity	Warrenton Dr.	Officer responded on a complaint of a possible identity theft. The caller advised, an application for an account with Bank of America had been filed in his name, without his knowledge. He advised he filed a complaint with the FTC and needed a police report. An incident report was taken.
02-Jun-22	3:18:00 AM	Open Door	East Main St.	Officer found the front door open, searched the building and didn't observe anything out of the ordinary. The door was unable to be secured.
