27-May-22	3:51:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	North Ave.	Officer responded to a non-injury crash. A vehicle was backing up and struck a parked vehicle. Insurance information was exchanged. Subsequently, Raymond Austin, 84, of Green Valley, AZ, was issued a citation for Starting and Backing.	North Avenue Apartments
27-May-22	4:35:00 PM	Solicitor	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded on a complaint of a Solicitor. After further investigation, the individual was with the homeowners current utility company. After determining everything to be fine and no laws were broken, the officer returned to patrol.
27-May-22	4:55:00 PM	Behavioral Health	Village Blvd.	Officer responded to a behavioral health issue. After meeting with the individual, he was not a threat to himself or others and advised he was fine. After deeming everything to be fine, officer returned to patrol.	Plain City Municipal Building

28-May-22	6:52:00 PM	Well-being Check	Church St.	Officers responded on a well-being check due to yelling coming from the residence. Contact was made and the officer was advised everything was fine. A report was forwarded to Madison County Job and Family Services.
28-May-22	12:00:00 AM	Drunk Driver	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers responded to a Jeep that had hit two parked vehicles. After further investigation, Garrett Dillow, 22, of Urbana, was the driver of the Jeep and was intoxicated. He was placed into custody and charged with OVI, OVI Refusal w/ prior conviction and Failure to Control. Garrett and Possession of Marijuana. The vehicle was towed to the police impound lot. Garrett was later released to a family member.
28-May-22	3:50:00 PM	Trespasser	Willow Creek Ct.	Officers responded on a report of a trespasser. The homeowner didn't want estranged family members at her residence and wanted them trespassed. Officers verbally warned the individuals of trespassing. Once they left the location, officers returned to patrol.

29-May-22	1:42:00 AM	Trespasser	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to multiple individuals at the basketball court after park hours. The individuals were advised they couldn't be there after hours. They were warned for trespassing and left the location without incident.	Pastime Park
29-May-22	1:48:00 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Wellsley Way	Officer responded to a residential lockout. Upon arrival, the officer was advised the resident was able to get in the home.
29-May-22	4:30:00 AM	Underage Consumption/Possession	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer responded on a possible missing person. The individual was located and was visibly intoxicated. 29-May-22	1:21:00 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officer responded to a possible domestic dispute. The parties advised it was verbal and did not turn physical. Both parties agreed to separate and remain calm.
29-May-22	10:58:00 PM	Burglary	North Ave.	Officer responded on to a possible burglary that happened earlier in the evening. The callers reported, when they returned home the front door was standing open, the home had been rummaged through and items had been taken. They advised officers they had received from an unknown number alluding to someone being inside the residence. The investigation is ongoing.
30-May-22	9:08:00 PM	Fireworks	Jackson Blvd.	Officer responded on reports of fireworks. The officer located the individual setting them off and warned him of possible criminal charges if he continued.
30-May-22	12:37:00 AM	Fireworks	South Chillicothe St.	Officers responded on reports of fireworks being set off. They patrolled the area but didn't hear anything and couldn't locate anyone setting them off.
