The caller reported receiving vulgar messages via social media from a known subject and has blocked the subject. Officer contacted the subject and advised to no longer have any contact with the caller or risk being charged.
20-May-22	5:06:00 PM	Suspicious Person	West Main St.	Officer responded to a person laying down on the sidewalk. Contact was made with the person, who advised they were fine. After deeming everything to be fine, officer returned to patrol.	Front Porch Home
20-May-22	5:28:00 PM	Stalking	Coachman Dr.	Officer responded on a possible stalking complaint. The caller advised, a known subject, was parking outside the residence taking pictures and he doesn't want her there. Officer warned the subject of possible criminal charges, if this continues.
20-May-22	8:30:00 PM	Road Hazard	US Rt. 42 N	Officers found a large rubber mat in the middle of the roadway and removed it.
20-May-22	8:30:00 AM	Traffic Stop	North Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a traffic stop on a gold Toyota Rav4 for a traffic violation. During the stop, officer learned the registration was expired. Subsequently, Joseph Dieula, 41, of Lake Worth, FL, was issued a citation for Expired Tags and was released to another driver. The vehicle was towed from the scene to the PCPD Impound lot.
21-May-22	11:42:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	State Route 29	Officer was requested to assist OSP with an ongoing investigation. Once the officer was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.
21-May-22	10:21:00 AM	Other Dispute	West Main St.	Officers responded to a dispute between two females. After speaking to both parties, they were warned for Disorderly Conduct. Once both parties were calm and separated, officers returned to patrol.	YMCA Latchkey
21-May-22	3:59:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Willow Creek Ct.	Officer responded on a complaint of a loose canine. The canine was brought back to the police department and a short time later was released to the owner. The owner was warned for Dogs At Large.

22-May-22	10:30:00 AM	Driving Complaint	Michael St.	Officers responded on a complaint of a semi that had driven down a street with no outlet and was stuck. Officers were able to assist the semi in moving. Subsequently, the driver, Djamol Vafoyev, 36, of Brooklyn, NY was issued a citation for Overweight and Failure to Display.

22-May-22	5:49:00 PM	Injury Crash	Buckboard Ln.	Officers responded to Buckboard Lane and Willow Creek Drive on an injury crash between a vehicle and pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital. The driver, Stefani Warner, 20, of West Jefferson, was cited with Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle (333.09A).
22-May-22	8:39:00 PM	Recovered/Found Property	Village Blvd.	Officer responded on a report of a found wallet, took possession of the wallet and contacted the owner. A short time later, the wallet was returned to the owner.	Plain City Municipal Building
22-May-22	1:51:00 AM	Protection Order Violation	Gay St.	Officers responded on a complaint of a protection order violation. After further investigation, Robert Gross, 21, of Plain City, was arrested and charged for Violation of a Protection Order. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
