28-Apr-22	3:44:00 PM	Injury Crash	US Rt. 42 N	Officer responded to the intersection of West Main Street and US RT 42 N on a possible injury accident.  Subsequently, Alyssa Miller, 16, of Plain City, was issued a citation for ACDA (PC ORD 333.03A) and Juvenile Traffic Offender (ORC 2151.021).  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
28-Apr-22	3:00:00 PM	Drunk Driver	Maple St.	Officer responded on a driving complaint. Upon further investigation, Donald Burchett, 66, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI-Refusal and Driving Upon Sidewalks. A short time later, Donald was released to a family member.
28-Apr-22	12:01:00 AM	Assist Other Agency	Smith-Calhoun Rd.	Officer was requested to assist the Madison County Sheriff's Office with an arrest. Once the officers assistance was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.
28-Apr-22	12:00:00 AM	Non-Injury Hitskip	Washington Ave.	Officer responded to a non-injury hit skip crash. The caller advised a white pickup truck with a black box trailer struck a fence and stop sign, then left the location. Officer canvassed the area but was unable to locate the vehicle. Public Works was contacted about the damaged stop sign and the owner of the fence was notified. An incident report was taken.
