18-Feb-22	1:48:00 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	North Ave.	Officers were dispatched in regards to a trespasser complaint. Two occupants were staying in a van on the property. K9 Andor completed an open air sniff of the van and did not alert to narcotics. One occupant, Joseph Clark, 35 of Columbus, had an active warrant out Franklin Co. Sheriff's Office. He was placed into custody and transported to a Franklin Co. Deputy. It was learned the other occupant was allowed to be on the property.	North Avenue Apartments
18-Feb-22	5:44:00 PM	911 Follow-up	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched in reference to a 911 follow-up. Caller advised it was accidental and officer deemed everything to be fine.	Buckeye Barbeque and Pizza
18-Feb-22	3:41:00 AM	Open Door	East Main St.	Officer found a door to the listed location unsecure, checked the building and nothing was out of the ordinary. The door was secured and a note was left.	Ferguson's Funeral Home
19-Feb-22	10:09:00 AM	Telecom Harassment	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched in reference to telecommunication harassment. The caller advised, she had received several phone calls from restricted numbers. Officer advised to contact the phone provider and have them assist in blocking calls.
19-Feb-22	11:10:00 AM	Injury Crash/Private	West Main St.	Officers responded to an injury crash at the listed location. A 2007 Ford Taurus drove through the main entrance of the building. The vehicle struck a patron before coming to a stop and caused heavy damage to the building. Medic 261 transported the patron to Riverside Methodist Hospital. A crash report was taken.	Richwood Bank
19-Feb-22	7:05:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	West Ave.	Officer observed a silver Honda Odyssey back into a utility pole. There was no damage to the pole and minor damage to the vehicle. An incident report was taken.
20-Feb-22	6:42:00 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Bluestem Ln.	Officer observed the rear gate of a Toyota Highlander SUV open with no one around the vehicle. Contact was made with the owner, who advised nothing was missing and the door was closed.
21-Feb-22	9:20:00 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	West Second Ave.	Officer was advised of a small black car, unknown make or model, circling the block at Grant Avenue and West Second Avenue. It appeared the occupant was either taking pictures or recording a video. Officer canvassed the area but was unable to locate a vehicle matching the description.
21-Feb-22	11:17:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Chillicothe St.	Officer observed two vehicles pull into the listed location after hours. Contact was made with the drivers, who advised they pulled over due to vehicle issues. Once the vehicles left the location, the officer returned to patrol.	Plain City Elementary School
21-Feb-22	10:04:00 AM	Theft - Misdemeanor	East First Ave.	Officer was dispatched in reference to a theft report. The callers advised they had several tools taken from two vehicles sometime overnight, by an unknown subject. An incident report was taken.
21-Feb-22	10:30:00 AM	Telecom Harassment	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched in reference to telecommunication harassment. The caller advised he had recently received several harassing text messages from an unknown number however, he believed it was his ex-girlfriend. The investigation is ongoing.
21-Feb-22	11:48:00 AM	Drug Overdose	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers were dispatched in reference to a drug overdose. A female was partially slumped over the center console. Officers administered Narcan, as Medic 261 arrived on scene. The female was transported to the hospital.	Shell/Plain City Village Mart
21-Feb-22	12:30:00 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	East Main St.	Officer responded in reference to a civil standby. Officer stood by while property was returned to the resident.
21-Feb-22	3:27:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Alderwood Cir.	Officer responded in reference to a water leak. The caller advised, the sump pump was pushing water out below his house. Officer advised the caller to contact a plumber incase the issue gets worse.
21-Feb-22	7:24:00 PM	Telecom Harassment	North Ave.	Officer responded in reference to a telecommunication harassment complaint. The caller advised she has been receiving several calls from several different numbers. Upon calling the numbers back, no one answered and it couldn't be determined who was calling. Officer advised to block the numbers.
21-Feb-22	9:28:00 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Lantern Ln.	Officers responded in reference to suspicious circumstances. Caller advised all lights were off when she left but a light was on when she returned. Officers completed an interior check and nothing was out of the ordinary.
21-Feb-22	8:47:00 AM	Fire Support	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched in reference to 63 year old female not breathing. CPR was conducted until Medic 261 arrived on scene and transported the female to the hospital.
