02-Feb-22	6:26:00 PM	Drugs - Other	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched in reference to a found wallet. The officer took possession of the wallet, found a baggy and a folded up piece of paper that contained a white crystal-like substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine. The owner of the wallet was notified his wallet was found and at the police department. Possible charges pending the outcome of the white substance being tested.	Der Dutchman
02-Feb-22	11:16:00 PM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer observed a gray 2012 Dodge parked in a snow emergency no parking zone. Contact was made with the owner and the vehicle was moved without incident.
02-Feb-22	11:17:00 PM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	Officers observed three vehicles parked in a snow emergency no parking zone. Contact was made with the owner and the vehicles were moved without incident.

02-Feb-22	3:32:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	North Ave.	Officer responded in the area of North Ave near Noteman Rd in reference to a non-injury accident. The driver of a Kenworth Semi Trailer had just completed a delivery to Frontier Communications. The trailer struck a phone/cable line causing them to fall to the ground. Frontier was contacted, arrived on scene and fixed the cable/internet lines.
03-Feb-22	7:01:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was advised of a non-injury crash between a Honda Civic and a Ford F250. The Honda turned left in front of the Ford, which caused the Ford to hit it. Subsequently, Anya Shandle, was issued a citation for Failure to yield-when turning left.
03-Feb-22	1:23:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched in reference to a theft complaint. The caller advised, she let a family member borrow her phone but it hasn't been returned. Officer will follow-up to ensure that the phone was returned.
03-Feb-22	4:53:00 PM	Well-being Check	Smucker Ln.	Officer responded in reference to a well-being check. After speaking to the individual, who advised they were fine, officer deemed everything to be fine.
04-Feb-22	4:10:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	East Main St.	Officer responded in reference to a snow plow complaint. The caller advised an unknown snow plow had put snow in his yard. Officer explained the property he was concerned about is an easement and nothing could be done about the snow on the easement.
05-Feb-22	4:12:00 PM	Other Sex Offense	North Ave.	Officer responded in reference to a possible sex offense. The caller reported, an underage subject may be sending inappropriate pictures, to an unknown person. The case is under further investigation.
05-Feb-22	5:46:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded in reference to a burst pipe inside the women's restroom. Public Works arrived on scene and shut the water off. The restroom was closed until the pipe was repaired.	Pastime Park
05-Feb-22	11:25:00 PM	Parking Complaint	Hawthorne Dr.	Officer observed a gray Honda civic parked on the wrong side of the road. Contact was made with the owner, he was warned for the violation and moved his vehicle without incident.
05-Feb-22	11:23:00 AM	Assist Other Agency	Madison Ave.	Officers were requested to assist the Union County Sheriff's office on a well-being check. Once their assistance was no longer needed, they returned to patrol.
06-Feb-22	10:18:00 PM	Road Hazard	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched in reference to potential issues with powerlines. Station 261 arrived on scene and deemed the situation as a non-emergency. A short time later Ohio Edison arrived on scene and addressed the issue.	Pioneer Mortgage
06-Feb-22	2:14:00 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	Officer observed a white commercial box van with its dome light on and the passenger side door ajar. No one was in or around the vehicle and there were no obvious signs of damage. Officer was unable to turn the light off however, did shut the door.	Plain City Ace Hardware
06-Feb-22	3:59:00 AM	Marijuana	US Rt. 42 S	Officer initiated a traffic stop on a black Nissan Altima, with heavy damage from a crash on SR 4. Faubert Stvil, the driver, advised he was rear ended and information was exchanged between parties. Also, Stvil, admitted to possessing marijuana and having an open container of alcohol. Upon a vehicle search, a half bottle of tequila, three edible marijuana gummies and marijuana were found. Field sobriety tests were conducted and it was determined Stvil was not impaired. Subsequently, Stvil was issued a citation for Driving Under Suspension, No Operators License, No Stop Lights and a summons for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drugs and Open Container.

06-Feb-22	8:56:00 PM	Telecom Harassment	North Ave.	Officer responded in reference to a telecommunication harassment complaint. The complainant advised a known subject had left multiple voicemails that were harassing. Officer attempted to make contact with the subject but was unsuccessful however, contact will be made and the subject will be warned for Telecommunication Harassment.
