06-Feb-22 | 3:59:00 AM | Marijuana | US Rt. 42 S | Officer initiated a traffic stop on a black Nissan Altima, with heavy damage from a crash on SR 4. Faubert Stvil, the driver, advised he was rear ended and information was exchanged between parties. Also, Stvil, admitted to possessing marijuana and having an open container of alcohol. Upon a vehicle search, a half bottle of tequila, three edible marijuana gummies and marijuana were found. Field sobriety tests were conducted and it was determined Stvil was not impaired. Subsequently, Stvil was issued a citation for Driving Under Suspension, No Operators License, No Stop Lights and a summons for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drugs and Open Container. | |
