Tabitha was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL/Court Suspension/ FRA Suspension/No Taillights.  The vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound lot.		Pending

22-Apr-21	6:48:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	Carriage Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a hit-skip accident.  While speaking with complainant, San Sophal approached and advised that she was the one who backed into complainant’s vehicle.  San stated she attempted to make contact but was unsuccessful.  San was subsequently issued a citation for Starting and Backing (PC ORD 331.13A). The passerby advised that a head-on injury crash had occurred near Holmes Lumber.  Once OSHP Post 49 personnel arrived on scene and took control, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
