14-Apr-21	8:42:00 AM	Recovered/Found Property	South Chillicothe St.	While conducting school patrol, Officer observed a black Gerber pocket saw on the roadway in front of the listed location.  Having prior knowledge of Napier Tree Service cutting down a tree near the listed location, Officer located the pocket saw owner.  Officer returned the pocket saw to the owner.  Officer then returned to patrol. Officer observed a silver Nissan sedan traveling eastbound on Lantern Ln near South Chillicothe St. The vehicle did not appear to have a proper registration.  Megan Bocook was later issued a citation for FRA Suspension, No Valid OL, License Forfeiture Suspension, and Fictitious Tags. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot.		Pending
15-Apr-21	2:16:00 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a silver Dodge Grand Caravan and learned the registered owner had an expired driver's license since 5-8-2014. Officer then initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the registered owner, Amanda Larson. Amanda was issued a Summons for Drug Paraphernalia and issued a citation for No Valid OL. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
