09-Apr-21	5:33:00 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Chillicothe St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with a silver Honda sedan and made contact with the vehicle driver, Clay Andree, and his passenger, Ean Turner. Both parties advised Officer that they did not have valid driver's licenses. It was also found that Ean had an active warrant out of the Hilliard Police Department for a Dangerous Drug charge.  Both parties were later placed into custody for Drug Paraphernalia and taken to the Tri-County Jail.  Clay was also issued a traffic citation for Turn Signal, No Valid OL, and Non Compliance Suspension. The vehicle was later released to the registered owner.		Returned
09-Apr-21	9:03:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint.  The complainant advised dispatch that a vehicle had driven through their yard and turned southbound on Carriage Drive.  Officer checked the area and also located tracks in the right-of-way at another residence on West Avenue.  Officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate a suspect vehicle. Jennifer Ball was transported to the Police Department, where she was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct.  Offices later released Jennifer to a family friend.  See case for further. 09-Apr-21	1:04:00 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location having previous knowledge that Tabitha Smith had an entered warrant for her arrest out of Marysville Municipal Court for a Probation Violation.  Tabitha was placed under arrest and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail without issue. Officer then returned to patrol.		Returned
10-Apr-21	3:02:00 PM	RSP	North Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a green Suzuki Sedan.  Officer then made contact with the vehicle driver, Amber Carter and her juvenile daughter.  After a probable cause search, Amber was placed into custody and taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail. Amber was booked in on Receiving Stolen Property, No Valid OL, Failure To Reinstate, and Plate/Identification Mark Belonging to another Motor Vehicle. Amber's daughter was released to a family friend.		Pending

Officer conducted traffic control at the intersection until the lights were made functional. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved

After determining the child was not at risk, Officer returned to patrol.  A copy of this report will be forwarded to the Union County Department of Jobs and Family Services.		Approved

Upon further investigation, it was learned Brandy Rayburn and victim were involved in a physical altercation.  Brandy Rayburn was issued a summons for Domestic Violence.  See case for further. 11-Apr-21	2:07:00 AM	Suspicious Vehicle	South Chillicothe St.	Officers observed a red Ford Edge and red Honda Accord behind the listed location after hours. After deeming that everything was ok, all parties left in their appropriate vehicles and Officers returned to patrol.	Plain City Elementary School	Approved
11-Apr-21	2:57:00 AM	Drug Paraphernalia	North Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location for an unconscious overdose. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with female subject and Derick Long.  Derick was subsequently charged for Dangerous Drug Abuse Instruments.  See Case for further.		Approved
11-Apr-21	4:04:00 AM	Curfew	West Main St.	Officers observed subject driving a blue Ford F150.  Having prior knowledge that subject was out past curfew, Officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle.  Subject was warned for the curfew violation and Officer followed subject back to subject's residence.
