Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a disorderly customer. Dispatch advised a male entered the store and began yelling at the manager when he was asked not to park in a handicap space and to put on a mask.  Subject stated that manager was the one being aggressive and advised he did have a handicap placard but forgot to put it out. Both subjects were advised they are no longer permitted to be on the property of the listed location and were warned for disorderly conduct. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer met with subject at the listed location in reference to a non-injury private property crash.  Subject advised that while backing his department owned vehicle into the bay, he backed into the wall causing damage to both the vehicle and the wall.  See photos for further information.

Officer was advised by Village Park's Manager that she has had multiple issues and multiple conversations with subject about walking her dog in Pastime Park while not restrained by a leash.  Officer met with subject a short while later while she was still in the park and explained that future violations would have to be handled with a citation.  Subject advised that she understood.

Officer was contacted by subject in reference to a possible money scam. Subject stated that he was at the listed location and handed the owner two one hundred dollar bills to get change.  After subject got home, he realized he handed he did not get enough change in return. Owner stated if the drawer was over and he did not give all the change back, he would repay the money back to subject.  Officer will have another unit follow up with owner during the next shift.

South Jefferson Ave.

Officers went to the listed location in reference to a warrant service.  John (Alexander) Andrews had an entered and confirmed warrant out of Delaware Co. Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear on a Larceny charge.  Upon further investigation, four white pills labeled as Xanax were seized from John's right foot inside his sock. John was transported to 3750 US42 to relay with Delaware Co Sheriff's Office. He was exchanged to their custody without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.  Note: Charges pending testing of pills. Refer to case for further.

North Ave.

Officer was advised by complainant that a pride flag was stolen off of his front porch.  Officer patrolled the area and tried to see if any of his neighbors had any security systems.  Officer then followed up with complainant and advised him if he sees or hears anything out of the ordinary to call the police department immediately. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a drive off. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with employee, who advised that a blue Hyundai SUV had drove off with $20.15 in gas.  Officer later made contact with the Coal Grove Police Department and requested a message delivery at the address.
