Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a sick raccoon.  The raccoon appeared to be a juvenile and did not exhibit any signs of sickness.  After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer observed a blue Ford Focus with the left tail light/brake light lens that had been broken and was emitting a white light to the rear.  Subject was given a warning for the traffic violation and also expired tags.  After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

Animal Complaint - Other

Lantern Ln.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. Upon arrival, along with State Wildlife Officer subject was advised that setting out poison is a misuse of pesticide, and could be a federal offense. State Wildlife Officer explained the proper steps on how to prevent nuisance animals from destroying property and how to legally dispose of them.  Subject advised she would not do it again.
