Upon patrolling the area, Officer observed two people standing on East West Avenue, in front of complainant's residence. Officer made contact and learned that complainant had located son. Complainant advised that the dog got loose from son and son went after it (West Avenue). Complainant stated that he didn't need anything further from Officer and thanked Officer for assisting. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject at his residence. Officer then made contact with subject's father who arrived on scene shortly thereafter. Father stated he would look after his son.
