12/18/2019	10:00 PM	Domestic Dispute	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the caller and her ex-husband. After speaking with them, we learned they were in a verbal argument over ongoing issues. Both parties advised there was no physical altercation, it was strictly verbal.  Both subjects agreed to separate and would not have any contact for the rest of the night.		Approved
12/18/2019	7:55 PM	Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date at approximately 1755 Hours, Officer was dispatched to South Jefferson Avenue in reference to a non-injury accident. Upon arrival, Officer observed a black 2012 Chevrolet Suburban that had struck the rear of a gray 2014 Honda Accord.  The vehicles were blocking the southbound lane of South Jefferson Avenue and still touching each other. Both vehicles had severe damage.  Upon further investigation, Officer learned that driver of Honda was stopped, attempting to turn left into the parking lot of Der Dutchman. Laronda DeMatteis, driver of Chevy, struck the rear of Honda.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Laronda was subsequently issued a citation for ACDA (PC ORD 333.03A) and released.		Approved
12/18/2019	10:26 AM	Drunk Driver	North Chillicothe St.	On this date and time, Officer observed a black Ford truck traveling northbound on North Chillicothe Street at a speed that appeared greater than the posted speed limit of 35MPH. Officer checked the speed at 57MPH. Officer then initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who later was identified as Sean Ryan Burns. Officer advised Sean of the reason for the stop and immediately detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person. Officer administered the tests and subsequently arrested Sean for OVI. Sean  was charged with Speed (57/35), OVI Operation and OVI Prohibited Concentration (0.196%). Sean was also charged with an Open Container. Sean was advised of his mandatory appearance court date and was released to his mother.		Approved

12/18/2019	12:41 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time, Officers observed a suspicious vehicle, a blue 2017 GMC SUV, parked at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with subject who stated that he was there to purchase movies from the Red Box machine. The building appeared secured, Officers then returned to patrol.
