| 9/26/2019 | 9:24 PM | Traffic Stop | US Rt. 42 N | Officer observed a gray Ford SUV traveling southbound on US 42 near West Main St. Having prior knowledge the vehicle driver, Diego Spindola, had No drivers license Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle. Officer had just cleared a traffic stop with Diego minutes before this one. During that traffic stop, Diego was advised to have a valid driver pick he and the vehicle up and he was told multiple times not to drive. Diego was subsequently issued another traffic citation for Non Compliance Suspension and No Valid OL. This time Deigo's vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot. It was later found the vehicle driver had run out of gas. Officer assisted with pushing the vehicle to a gas pump at Mike's Pit Stop. Officer then returned to patrol. | Pending | |

Officer made contact with motorcycle owner and advised him that the motorcycle needed to be moved. Officer advised him that vehicles were not permitted to be parked on the sidewalk.
