Complainant advised that she had let subjects keep her children for several months due to work. Complainant advised that she now wanted her children back and subjects have denied that. Officer contacted Franklin County Court and verified that complainant is the paternal mother and has all rights to the children. Officers went to the listed location and met with subjects. Officer advised subjects that complainant has custody of the children until the court determines otherwise. Subject was advised of the possible consequences if she did not release the children to complainant. The children were given to Officers who took them outside and gave them to complainant.
