listed location. Complainant advised that she had purchased a gift card while
at Dollar General purchasing groceries and school supplies for another
subject. Complainant realized that the gift card was placed into the bags for
the subject. Complainant returned and met with subject who advised she
did not locate a gift card in the bags. Officer made contact with subject who
advised that she did receive the bags with groceries and school supplies, but
did not find any gift card in the bags and would have returned it if she had
located it. She also advised she went through the bags with complainant to
show her it was not there.

container. Alexander’s vehicle was moved off the roadway by a friend who also
gave him a ride home.

Officer observed a blue Honda Civic had its bright lights
activated and also had a headlight out. Officer initiated a traffic stop with
the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver and her passenger,
Branden Combs. After further investigation it was found Branden had an
active warrant out of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for theft. Branden
was placed into custody for the warrant. Officer transported Brandon to Get
Go Gas Station, where he was released to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Coupe traveling eastbound on West Main St near South Jefferson Ave. The
registration returned to, Chandler King and his passenger, Alexa Cee. It was
then found Alexa had a misdemeanor warrant out of the Champaign County
Sheriff’s Office for Contempt of Court. Chandler was issued a traffic
citation for Failure to Reinstate and No Valid OL. Officer then transported
Alexa to the Tri-County Regional Jail and booked her in on the above warrant.

license plate lying in the roadway near 461 West Main Street. Officer made
contact with plate owner who advised that his son-in-law would pick it up in

plate owner’s daughter. This was done with plate owner’s permission.
