complaint. The complainant advised that he observed his neighbor kicking her
dog numerous times and then locked the dog in a van that was not running.
Officer made contact with subject who admitted kicking the dog as a form of
punishment because the dog bit her on the arm. Officer confirmed that the dog did not have any injuries and advised subject to
refrain from excessive punishment as it would lead to charges.

driver. Pleasant Valley Fire Dept. arrived on scene and transported
driver to Riverside Hospital. Kirby's towed the vehicle to their impound lot. The driver, Joshua Barry was issued a citation for Failure to Control.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Shepper Avenue in
reference to a fight complaint. The complainant advised that there were two
males were "jumping" another male. Officers made contact with Brian
Love. After a short time, he stated that his friend “Frankie” was
fighting with Tyler Smallwood. Tyler admitted to being in a fight.
Officer was given permission to search the residence for "Frankie".
In doing so, Officer observed a small homemade marijuana pipe in the front
bedroom. He also located Wesley Cummings aka "Frankie" hiding in a
closet. Wesley confirmed that he was in the fight with Tyler. Neither
party wished to pursue with criminal charges. Tyler and Wesley were issued a
summons for Disorderly Conduct. Brian admitted that the marijuana pipe was
his and subsequently charged with Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing Official

un-plugged her television at her request.

property. Caller advised that he found an Arizona license plate in his lawn.
After contact was made with Tucson Police Department, they advised the best

unoccupied 2008 silver GMC Envoy. Officer took subject’s information and left

minutes before locating a male matching the description on the roadway in

Williams Jr. Paul who advised he worked for, T.O.P Marketing, out of Columbus
and he was making contact with people from a list in an attempt to save them
money on their energy bills. Mr. Williams was released and issued a summons
for Peddler/Solicitor (PC ORD 723.01).

suspicious person(s). The complainant advised two white males had walked in
and out of the business multiple times without purchasing anything.
Officer made contact with a white male seated in the driver seat of the
vehicle that identified himself as Larry Taylor, Jr. A second Officer
arrived on scene and made contact with a male that identified himself as,
Corey Pazder, inside Mike’s Pit Stop. After further investigation it was
found that the Jeep and the vehicle registration were stolen. Both parties

for evaluation.

to West Jefferson Police Department. After determining everything to be
fine, Officer returned to patrol.
