Officers responded to the area near the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to three men with guns. The caller stated that while he was making a delivery to the listed location he observed three men wearing camouflage and carrying rifles run south towards a field near the listed location. Upon arrival Officers assisted in checking the area but were unable to locate the subjects. Once assistance was no longer needed Officers returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the above location in reference to a non-injury crash. The caller advised that a tire on his vehicle had struck the side of a UPS truck as he drove by it. Upon arrival, Officer met with involved parties. Both parties exchanged insurance information.

Officer received a direct complaint of identity fraud. He advised that he had received a phone call in reference to having a credit card mailed overnight. He also advised that he received an email that someone attempted to open a Home Depot credit card. An incident report was completed on this matter while the credit card conducted an investigation.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the subject. He advised the property owner had kicked him out of the establishment a few minutes prior. Officer advised that eviction is a civil issue and advised him of the process. After further conversation with all parties, Officer deemed everything fine.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the residents. He advised that he was running the garbage disposal and doing maintenance work on his sink. The female resident was present and confirmed no dispute occurred. Officers deemed everything fine.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location, in reference to a drive off. She advised that an older male, brown/gray hair was driving a silver Volvo. The male got $23.87 worth of fuel and left the business. Officer attempted to locate the vehicle; however the registration does not match.

Officers assisted the Union County Sheriff's Office on a felony traffic stop at the listed location. Union County Sheriff's Deputy placed the suspect into custody without incident

Officer met an individual at the police department. He advised he met someone via Facebook. He advised the person began asking for money, but he did not send her any. Officer advised the individual to contact his phone company about blocking the number and the issues with his phone getting hacked.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Officer made contact with the caller. He stated that at the rear of a local business, he was approached by a suspicious male asking about recycling.

Officers were dispatched to the listed address to assist Pleasant Valley Fire Department. Dispatch stated that a female child dialed 911 and advised that there was something on fire in the house and that her parents were not at home. Upon arrival Officers spoke with several residents who denied having called 911. A few minutes later a female arrived on the scene and with her assistance determined that her daughter called 911. Officers spoke with her about the importance of 911 and she stated that she understood. The fire department then checked the residence and determined everything was fine.

Officers observed a maroon Toyota Yaris with one headlight. Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver Kadreona Beistline. Kadreona had an entered warrant for her arrest out of Whitehall Police Department for Failure to Appear for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. She also had an additional warrant from the Airport Police Department for Failure to Appear. Kadreona Beistline was issued a citation for Driving under a Non Compliance Suspension, No Operator’s License and One Headlight. She was also issued a summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. Officer transported Kadreona Beistline to the Franklin County Jail where she was released without issue.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a trespasser. The caller stated a female individual was at the listed location, even though she has been previously told she is not allowed to be on the property. Upon arrival Officer spoke with all parties, the female left the residence and was advised of the consequences if she returned.

While investigating another incident, Officer learned Raymond Bundy had a warrant out of Champaign County for Failure to Appear. Raymond Bundy was placed into custody without incident and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Officer was met on station by a resident. She advised that she had been walking in the alley behind her residence and found a small plastic baggy with an unknown substance that she thought may be narcotics.

Officer was on patrol and observed a red Toyota Highlander with its hazard lights activated. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner/operator, who advised that he was travelling eastbound when a deer ran out in front of him. Officer searched the area for the deer but was unable to locate it.
