8/15/2016	11:42 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	Officer met with pet owner in reference to an animal complaint from an incident that had occurred in the prior evening. The caller had advised that she was walking with her family and dogs when a large dog ran from the yard into the alley and attacked one of her dogs. Officer advised the pet owner that she needed to ensure he was secured at all times to avoid another incident such as this one and warned her of the consequences if this were to happen again.
8/15/2016	1:45 PM	Neighbor Dispute	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival Officer met with complainant. He advised that he has had issues with neighbor kids playing on his front porch. Officer met with the parents and children to advise them of the issue.
8/15/2016	2:20 PM	Threatened Suicide	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat. The female was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
8/15/2016	6:38 PM	Non-Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was on patrol and observed a non-injury crash. Upon investigation Lydia N. Pittman was issued a citation for Failure to Yield.
8/15/2016	5:20 PM	Domestic Dispute	Madison Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Officers made contact with both parties who were calm at the time. Both parties agreed to leave each other alone for the night.
8/16/2016	9:45 AM	Recovered/Found Property	South Jefferson Ave.	A wallet was turned over to the police department that had been found on the listed location. Officer made contact with the property owner who later arrived at the police department and retrieved the wallet.
8/17/2016	10:05 PM	Suspicious Person	Church St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person complaint. The caller stated that an unknown male subject was in the driveway of the listed location. Upon arrival Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
8/17/2016	8:11 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	While on routine patrol Officer observed Eli M. Dean walking in front of the listed location. Having prior knowledge of an entered warrant out of the Marysville Municipal Court for Assault. Eli M. Dean was placed into custody without incident.	Plain City Florist
8/17/2016	5:55 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Gay St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a three year old that was locked inside a vehicle that was not running. Upon arrival, Officer observed several family members standing next to a vehicle with a small child inside the vehicle. Officer was able to get the child out of the vehicle by using a lockout kit. Medic 261 checked the child out and determined that he was fine.
8/17/2016	3:04 PM	Non-Injury Hitskip	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a hit-skip accident. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who advised that a Fed-Ex semi clipped his driver's side mirror, causing it to break. 8/18/2016	9:30 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	West Main St.	While on patrol Officer observed Austin Ball walking in the listed area. Having prior knowledge of an entered warrant for his arrest out of the Marysville Municipal Court for Failure to Appear, Officers initiated contact, placing Austin into custody for two counts of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments. 8/18/2016	1:29 AM	Drunk Driver	Perry Pk.	Officers responded to the listed area in reference to a driving complaint. The caller stated that an unknown vehicle had followed her from her place of employment in Columbus. Upon arrival observed a white Kia Soul following behind the callers vehicle. Officer then initiated a traffic stop with that vehicle. Upon further investigation Briana Snowden was placed into custody for OVI, Following too Closely, two counts of Drug Paraphernalia, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

8/19/2016	9:24 AM	Well-being Check	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed address on a well-being check. Upon arrival, Officer met with the resident who was working on his vehicle when the block broke causing the car to fall on him. He said the neighbor came out and helped him and did not need any medical assistance.
8/19/2016	1:02 AM	911 Follow-up	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon call back, the caller advised she accidently dial 911. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller. While speaking with the caller, she complained of chest pains and requested a Medic to check on her. Medic 261 arrived on scene shortly and transported her to the hospital.
8/19/2016	11:32 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	West Main St.	While on patrol Officer observed a black Honda driving slowly around the listed location with their hazard lights on. Upon making contact with the driver, she advised she was looking for her dog that got loose.	Daily Needs Assistance
8/19/2016	7:50 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	East Bigelow Ave.	While at the police department, Officer received a phone call advising that her mother resides at the listed location and a subject came to the residence and advised that he worked for the Village of Plain City. It was confirmed that it was an employee with the Village. He was visiting houses in the Village, which were built between certain years, for water testing purposes.

8/20/2016	2:55 AM	Suspicious Person	Willow Creek Dr.	Officers were dispatched to the listed area in reference to three suspicious males. Upon arrival Officer located the three males. They advised they were walking home and were not looking into cars. All three were men had been drinking and apologized for being loud. They were given a warning and advised of the possible consequences.
8/20/2016	5:52 PM	CIT Incident	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the female, who appeared very confused and disoriented. Officer made contact with her family who met Officers at the listed location and transported her back to her residence, where they agreed to watch her.	Eskimo Queen
8/20/2016	7:30 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a warrant out of Dublin Police Department for Driving under Suspension. Upon arrival Officers made contact and placed Christopher Hansen under arrest without incident.
8/21/2016	6:04 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Murlay Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to questions over custody. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller. Officer then contacted Madison County Job and Family Services, along with the Madison County Prosecutor. After speaking with all parties, it was agreed the child could stay at the listed location. The caller was also advised on how to obtain emergency custody.
8/21/2016	5:00 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Willowbend Cir.	Officer was on patrol and observed a grey Ford Focus in the driveway with its parking lights on. Upon checking the vehicle Officer found it to be secure and no one around. Officer attempted contact with the residents without success.
8/21/2016	4:52 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a loose canine. Upon arrival Officer located the owner, who advised one of his neighbor’s children accidently let the dog off of his leash. Officer located the canine and was able to get it back inside of the listed location. The pet owner was advised of the possible consequences if this were to happen again.

Upon arrival Officers made contact with the male whose vehicle was stolen last night and he believed that it was in the area.
