Officer met with pet owner in reference to an animal complaint
from an incident that had occurred in the prior evening. The caller had
advised that she was walking with her family and dogs when a large dog ran
from the yard into the alley and attacked one of her dogs. Officer advised
the pet owner that she needed to ensure he was secured at all times to avoid
another incident such as this one and warned her of the consequences if this
were to happen again.

neighbor dispute. Upon arrival Officer met with complainant. He advised that
he has had issues with neighbor kids playing on his front porch. Officer met

three year old that was locked inside a vehicle that was not running. Upon
arrival, Officer observed several family members standing next to a vehicle
with a small child inside the vehicle. Officer was able to get the child out
of the vehicle by using a lockout kit. Medic 261 checked the child out and
determined that he was fine.

hit-skip accident. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who advised
that a Fed-Ex semi clipped his driver's side mirror, causing it to break.
After further investigation, Matthew Waddle was issued a citation for Failure
to Control.

listed area. Having prior knowledge of an entered warrant for his arrest out
of the Marysville Municipal Court for Failure to Appear, Officers initiated
contact, placing Austin into custody for two counts of Drug Paraphernalia and
one count of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments.

complaint. The caller stated that an unknown vehicle had followed her from
her place of employment in Columbus. Upon arrival observed a white Kia Soul
following behind the callers vehicle. Officer then initiated a traffic stop
with that vehicle. Upon further investigation Briana Snowden was placed into
custody for OVI, Following too Closely, two counts of Drug Paraphernalia, and
one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

when the block broke causing the car to fall on him. He said the neighbor
came out and helped him and did not need any medical assistance.

911 follow-up. Upon call back, the caller advised she accidently dial 911.
Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller. While speaking with the
caller, she complained of chest pains and requested a Medic to check on her.
Medic 261 arrived on scene shortly and transported her to the hospital.

for his vehicle.
