Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to attempt to locate 3 male subjects that were reportedly walking on listed location. Upon arrival Officer checked the area and surrounding area without locating anyone. Officer was requested to assist with a property check connected to the suspects. Upon arrival Officers completed a check of the property without locating anyone.
8/2/2016	12:30 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Shepper Ave.	Officers made contact with Areya Brister at this location in reference to 3 entered warrants from the Grove City Police Department. Areya Brister was placed into custody without incident. Officer transported her to meet with Grove City Police and released her to their custody.
8/2/2016	5:00 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Village Blvd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival, Officer stood by while parties exchanged their children.	Lovejoy's Market / IGA

Upon arrival, Officer met with Madison County Sheriff's Deputy who already had John Simpkins detained. 8/2/2016	9:41 PM	Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an injury accident. Donna Tingle was issued a citation for Failure to Yield.

8/3/2016	11:20 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	North Chillicothe St.	Officer patrolled the listed location for a white work van that had a surfboard on top. The complainant advised the vehicle came in to the park overnight and was driving slowly past other campsites. Officer was unable to locate the van.	Pastime Park
8/3/2016	8:12 PM	Vandalism	North Ave.	Officer was flagged down in front of the listed location in reference to a vandalism complaint. Complainant advised that someone had let the air out of the right rear tire of her white Pontiac Van. Upon making contact with the suspect, he denied the action. After speaking with both parties further Officer returned to patrol.
8/4/2016	12:04 AM	DOC	West Main St.	Officer was on patrol and observed a verbal altercation turn physical. Teresa Heineman was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
8/4/2016	1:03 PM	Suspicious Person	Lafayette-Plain City Rd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The caller reported that a female wearing a black shirt with "Boss Me" printed on the front walked into the complex and when approached by an employee, the subject stated she was waiting for a friend and needed to use the restroom. The subject then left and went to the south parking lot and entered a black Saturn belonging to an employee. Union County Deputy and Officer conducted an extensive search of the area for the subject, but could not locate her.	Edgewater Place

8/5/2016	3:17 PM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a white Chevy truck parked in the driveway across from the listed location partially in the roadway and blocking the sidewalk. Officer made contact with the owner who apologized and stated he would move the vehicle.
8/5/2016	6:55 PM	Non-Injury Crash	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an injury crash. Upon arrival Officer made contact with involved parties. Annemarie Hogan was issued a citation for Failure to Yield and Failure to Transfer the Registration.
8/5/2016	11:35 PM	Drugs - Other	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was on patrol and observed a vehicle pull in behind the stables at the listed location. Daniel P. Kandel was arrested for Obstructing Official Business, Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia. Justin A. Davis was also arrested for Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia.	Pastime Park
8/6/2016	1:32 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Lantern Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a car door that was left open. Dispatch advised that a neighbor noticed the door open and no one around the vehicle. Due to being tied up on a priority call, Officer requested that Madison County Sheriff's Office handle it. They made contact with the vehicle owner who advised them that it was accidental and everything appeared to be fine.
8/6/2016	1:48 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Village Blvd.	Officer observed two vehicles parked in the lot of the listed location. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the Buick and made contact with the driver. She advised that she was with some friends and normally parks her vehicle in Plain City so they can carpool. 8/6/2016	1:57 AM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Cooper Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. The complainant stated that the neighbors were talking loudly in their pool and had loud music playing. Due to a priority call, Officer later patrolled the area, but could not hear or see anyone in the area.

She stated that she found a paraphernalia near an unknown trailer at the Suburban Mobile Home Park. Officer disposed of the paraphernalia.	Plain City Police Department
8/6/2016	2:10 PM	Recovered/Found Property	Cemetery Pk.	An anonymous person gave Officer a wallet that was found on listed location. Officer made contact with the owner and advised him his wallet had been found and could be picked up.
8/6/2016	4:07 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a residential lockout. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the resident. With the assistance of Station 261 entry was made into the residence.
8/6/2016	4:10 PM	Parking Complaint	West Ave.	Officer observed a green Mazda parked on the sidewalk. The vehicle had a note in the windshield advising that it broke down and was going to be towed. Next shift Officer attempted to locate the vehicle, but the vehicle had been moved.
8/6/2016	7:43 PM	Underage Consumption/Possession	North Ave.	Officer observed Tyler Smallwood standing outside of the listed location with knowledge that the suspect was wanted by the Plain City Police Department for Complicity. Tyler Smallwood was charged with Possession of Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia and Underage Consumption.
8/6/2016	10:09 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to listed location to dispute over property between neighbors. Upon arrival and investigation Officer advised involved party that he needs to stay away from the other party's apartment.

8/7/2016	2:57 AM	Assist Other Agency	Converse-Chapel Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible injury crash with a vehicle truck into the house. Upon arrival Officer assisted with the scene until assistance was no longer needed.

8/7/2016	8:38 AM	Assist Other Agency	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a burglary in process. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the suspect or the caller.
8/7/2016	9:41 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a found dog. Officer then took the dog to the Police Department. A short time later was met at the Police Department by the pet owner who was warned of the possible consequences if the dog continued to get loose.

The caller stated that a female was sitting beside an older blue truck crying while a male subject stood beside her. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the vehicle owner, who stated that there was an issue with the vehicle but they were about to be on their way.

Upon arrival, Officer located the canine sleeping inside of a 2010 red Chevrolet SUV. The vehicle was running, along with the air conditioning, and the canine also had water.
