Upon arrival Officer checked the area and surrounding area without locating anyone. Officer was requested to assist with a property check connected to the suspects. Upon arrival Officers completed a check of the property without locating anyone.

Officers made contact with Areya Brister at this location in reference to 3 entered warrants from the Grove City Police Department. Areya Brister was placed into custody without incident. Officer transported her to meet with Grove City Police and released her to their custody.

John Simpkins was placed into custody for Persistent Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Tri-County Regional and released into their custody.

Officer patrolled the listed location for a white work van that had a surfboard on top. The complainant advised the vehicle came in to the park overnight and was driving slowly past other campsites. Officer was unable to locate the van.

Officer was flagged down in front of the listed location in reference to a vandalism complaint. Complainant advised that someone had let the air out of the right rear tire of her white Pontiac Van. Upon making contact with the suspect, he denied the action. After speaking with both parties further Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The caller reported that a female wearing a black shirt with "Boss Me" printed on the front walked into the complex and when approached by an employee, the subject stated she was waiting for a friend and needed to use the restroom. The subject then left and went to the south parking lot and entered a black Saturn belonging to an employee. Union County Deputy and Officer conducted an extensive search of the area for the subject, but could not locate her.

Officer observed a white Chevy truck parked in the driveway across from the listed location partially in the roadway and blocking the sidewalk. Officer made contact with the owner who apologized and stated he would move the vehicle.

Kandel was arrested for Obstructing Official Business, Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia. Justin A. Davis was also arrested for Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a car door that was left open. Dispatch advised that a neighbor noticed the door open and no one around the vehicle. Due to being tied up on a priority call, Officer requested that Madison County Sheriff's Office handle it. They made contact with the vehicle owner who advised them that it was accidental and everything appeared to be fine.

Officer observed two vehicles parked in the lot of the listed location. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the Buick and made contact with the driver. She advised that she was with some friends and normally parks her vehicle in Plain City so they can carpool. She was just on her way home.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. The complainant stated that the neighbors were talking loudly in their pool and had loud music playing. Due to a priority call, Officer later patrolled the area, but could not hear or see anyone in the area.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dog locked inside of a vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer located the canine sleeping inside of a 2010 red Chevrolet SUV. The vehicle was running, along with the air conditioning, and the canine also had water. Officer determined the canine not to be in danger.
