9/23/2014	12:39 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a domestic dispute. Both parties agreed to stay away from one another for the afternoon.
9/23/2014	6:35 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. Contact was made with the Union County DOJFS.
9/23/2014	7:35 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Church St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the intersection of Church Street and Jackson Street in reference to a possible chemical spill. Upon arrival and after further investigation with the Pleasant Valley FD it was learned that the sewer department placed dye into some sewer lines for testing and the dye is not harmful. ODNR responded as well.
9/24/2014	5:21 PM	Other Dispute	Maple St.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a dispute. It was learned that this was a dispute that had already been handled between parents and one of  the parents had not communicated to the other about the resolution.
9/24/2014	6:45 PM	Neighbor Dispute	East Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer returned a phone call regarding an on-going neighbor dispute at the listed location.
9/24/2014	7:59 PM	Assist Other Agency	Summersweet Way	On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location to assist the Union County Sheriff’s Deputy on a burglary in progress complaint. While en route to the scene the officer was cancelled.

The officer initiated a traffic stop and learned that the driver was not impaired or having any health issues. The driver advised that before they were stopped they had been distracted by their GPS unit.
9/25/2014	6:20 AM	911 Unknown	Cooper Ln.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival, it was determined to be accidental.
9/25/2014	12:15 PM	Assist Other Agency	Smith-Calhoun Rd.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location per the request of Madison County S.O. in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival the officer assisted the deputies in searching the residence.
9/25/2014	3:39 PM	Domestic Dispute	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the rear of the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the parties advised that they were arguing over relationship issues and denied any threats or violence.

9/25/2014	8:57 PM	Parking Violation	East Main St.	On the stated date and time, officers made contact with a resident regarding a disabled vehicle that was on the roadway. The owner moved the vehicle.
9/25/2014	10:30 PM	Alarm Drop	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival it was learned that the alarm had accidently been set off by the delivery truck driver.
9/26/2014	5:34 PM	911 Follow-up	Cooper Ln.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up. Dispatch advised that they spoke with a female subject who stated that her children were playing with the phone and that everything was fine. Upon arrival, everything was determined to be okay.
9/26/2014	9:08 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Jackson St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of Jackson Street in reference to a loud music complaint. The caller advised dispatch that someone was playing loud music on Jackson Street. Upon arrival, the officer could not hear any music. Dispatch made contact with the caller, and it was learned that the music was turned off short time after they called.
9/26/2014	9:47 PM	Suspicious Person	North Ave.	On the listed date and time officers responded to the area of North Avenue and East Main Street in reference to a man yelling. Upon arrival the officer located the suspect in question in the area of Shepper Avenue and East First Avenue. The suspect advised that he was upset because of an issue at the residence. He advised that he had went for a walk to "cool off." The suspect was given a warning for his behavior.
9/26/2014	9:58 PM	Alarm Drop	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival the officer found that all the doors were secure. Upon the arrival of a key-holder,  the officer checked the interior but was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
9/27/2014	3:29 AM	Threatened Suicide	Smucker Ln.	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location on the report of a person threatening suicide. The call was received through a suicide hotline. Upon arrival with the Medics, the subject was transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.
9/27/2014	7:26 AM	Domestic Violence	Maple Ct.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to domestic violence incident. After further investigation Joseph L. Morgan, 34yoa of Plain City was arrested for Domestic Violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
9/27/2014	11:43 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	West Main St.	On the listed date and time while on the lot of the parking lot of the Marathon an officer witnessed a non-injury crash. The officer made contact with the drivers of both vehicles and assisted with an exchange of information.
9/27/2014	12:47 PM	Parking Complaint	Converse Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. Upon arrival the officer located the owner and they then moved the vehicle.

9/27/2014	3:05 PM	Driving Complaint	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. An officer located the vehicle and made contact with the listed party and determined that they were not impaired.
9/27/2014	3:48 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a theft complaint of two squirrels. An officer spoke with ODNR and confirmed that squirrels are not permitted as pets. The officer advised the caller that due the animals being wild, he was not to be in possession of them and couldn’t report them as stolen.
9/28/2014	3:11 AM	911 Unknown	East Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival  an officer checked the building and found it to be secure and no employee's on site.
9/28/2014	5:47 AM	Trespasser/DOC	West South St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an unknown subject being inside the caller's home. Upon further investigation it was determined a cab dropped the suspect off at the residence and the suspect was too intoxicated to realize he was at the wrong residence. The suspect made entry into the residence and fell asleep. The resident did not want to pursue with trespassing or burglary charges. Ethan B. McCalpine, 22yoa of Cincinnati was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct and released.
9/28/2014	6:52 PM	Barking Dog	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Upon arrival the dog was not barking. The officer made contact with the resident and made them aware of the complaint.
9/28/2014	11:46 PM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival an officer made contact with an employee, who stated they accidently set off the alarm while leaving the store.
9/29/2014	7:08 PM	911 Follow-up	Washington Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of an accidental 911. Upon arrival everything was determined to be okay.

9/30/2014	1:17 PM	Driving Complaint	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint of an elderly driver all over the roadway. Contact was made and they advised they had already made arrangements for someone to take them home.
9/30/2014	3:41 PM	Criminal Trespassing/ Witness Intimidation	Smucker Ln.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a criminal trespassing complaint. Upon further investigation Nathaniel R. Aitchison 28yoa of Plain City and Larissa J. Wilson, 27yoa of Plain City were both charged with Criminal Trespassing and Witness Intimidation.
9/30/2014	9:28 PM	Domestic Dispute	Perry Pk.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Both parties advised that there was no physical altercation and no threats were made. One party agreed to leave for the night to avoid further conflict.
10/1/2014	1:37 PM	Domestic Dispute	Jackson Blvd.	On this date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was determined no threats or violence took place. Neither party was willing to separate for the time being.  Both were warned not to escalate and referred to their civil attorney's regarding property.
10/1/2014	4:17 PM	Non-Injury Hit skip	Buckboard Ln.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a damaged mailbox. Upon arrival and further investigation it was determined to be a hit-skip crash. An officer canvassed the neighborhood and learned that the mailbox was damaged prior to 0750 Hrs. It was unclear what type/color of vehicle struck the mailbox.
10/1/2014	5:57 PM	Non-Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Village Blvd in reference to a non-injury accident. Upon arrival and further investigation a juvenile was issued a citation for ACDA. A crash report was completed.
10/1/2014	6:57 PM	Neighbor Dispute	Willow Creek Dr.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in regards to a neighbor dispute.
10/1/2014	7:19 PM	Threatened Suicide	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat. The complainant, stated that he and his girlfriend, were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, she stated that she would run her car off the road because she was upset. She left the scene, in her vehicle, at a high rate of speed and reportedly almost struck a pedestrian.  A officer spoke with the subject via public service, and was able to get her to go to the London Police Department to verify that she was fine. The officer later learned that the juvenile went to the police department, with her mother, and they verified that she was not going to harm herself. Charges for Reckless Operation are pending prosecutor review.
10/1/2014	9:45 PM	Recovered/Found Property	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer met a subject at the police department in regards to a found ATM Card. The card owner was located and arrangements were made for the return.
10/1/2014	9:46 PM	Felony OVI	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint out of a non-injury hit skip crash. Upon arrival an officer located the vehicle, and initiated a traffic stop on South Jefferson Avenue near Village Blvd. The driver, Shelda L. Wiley, 40 yoa of Marysville was subsequently arrested for Felony OVI, Marked Lanes and No Turn Signal and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
10/1/2014	10:00 PM	Robbery Attempt	Village Blvd.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to an attempted robbery. A thorough search of the area was made with the assistance of UCSO, MCSO, OSHP and the CPD Helicopter. The suspect was not located. A case investigation was opened.
