11/15/2013	3:15 PM	Recovered/Found Property	Friend St.	On the stated date and time, an officer met with a party who found a lost cell phone. The owner was contacted and came to the PD to retrieve their phone.
11/15/2013	11:11 PM	Drunk Driver	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, and officer initiated a traffic stop at the listed location. The driver Marc A. Marshall, 26yoa of Marysville was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI and Super concentration.
11/16/2013	10:50 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	East Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the area of East Main Street and East Bigelow Avenue on a loud noise complaint.
11/17/2013	2:53 AM	Drunk Driver	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer observed a vehicle sitting in the turn lane of West Main Street waiting to turn northbound onto US Route 42N. The vehicle was stopped past the stop bar and it appeared the driver was asleep. The officer approached the vehicle and upon further investigation the driver, Gar E. Welsch, 41 yoa of Plain City was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI.

11/26/2013	12:48 PM	Telecom Harassment	Village Blvd.	On this date, an officer received a call regarding unwanted calls/texts they were receiving. Contact was made with the suspect and they were advised to stop contacting the complainant.

11/27/2013	9:30 AM	Theft - Misdemeanor	South Chillicothe St.	On this date and time, an officer met with a complainant at the police department in reference to a theft that occurred from the Bicentennial Park. 16 solar powered lawn lights were reported stolen. A report was completed.
11/27/2013	4:09 PM	Traffic Stop	Gay St.	On the stated date and time an officer observed a vehicle driving the wrong way at the listed location. Upon further investigation trough LEADS it was discovered that the driver, Michael T. Neuhard, 19yoa of Columbus was under suspension. He was subsequently issued a citation for Drug Offense Suspension, Failure to Reinstate and One Way Streets.  His vehicle was impounded.
11/27/2013	4:45 PM	Dead on Arrival	Converse Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Upon arrival, the resident was found deceased. Upon further investigation it was determined that the resident had died of natural causes.

The caller advised that the noise was coming from the area of the pool, playground or ball fields. The officer checked the area but did not locate anyone.

The officer made contact with the driver who was inside the residence and advised him to move it immediately, which he complied.
