12/4/2013	11:24 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private Property	Allgyer Dr.	On the stated date and time an officer  responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury private property crash. Both parties exchanged information.
12/4/2013	4:00 PM	Driving Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of South Chillicothe Street and Lantern Lane in reference to a driving complaint of a possible impaired driver. An officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. It was determined that the driver was tired and not impaired.

12/4/2013	5:20 PM	911 Unknown	East Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 Hang-Up. Dispatch advised that the call came from the pay phone. Upon arrival, the officer checked the area and found nothing out of the ordinary.
12/4/2013	5:43 PM	Juvenile	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time,  an officer observed a juvenile, wearing dark clothing, riding a bicycle with no reflectors southbound on Jefferson Avenue between Perry Pike and Village Blvd. It was dark and there was heavy traffic. The officer made contact with the juvenile and  contacted the juveniles parent, who arrived at the scene to pick up their child.

On the above date and time, officers responded to the listed location after having prior knowledge that a subject had an entered warrant issued for his arrest through the Madison County Municipal Court for a probation violation. Brian L. Church, 37yoa of Plain City was taken into custody for the warrant and he was transported to the Tri-County Jail.
12/4/2013	9:38 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Washington Ave.	On the above date and time, officers responded to the listed location after having prior knowledge that a subject had an entered warrant issued for his arrest through the Marysville Municipal Court for a probation violation. Heath A. Price, 45yoa of Plain City was taken into custody for the warrant and transported to the Tri-County Jail.

Upon further investigation, Christina Hecht, 37yoa of Plain City was cited for ACDA.
12/10/2013	9:47 AM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	South Chillicothe St.	On this date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop for a speeding violation at the listed location. The driver, Jamee Furrow, 41yoa of Quincy, Ohio had a warrant entered for his arrest out of the Marysville Municipal Court for a Probation Violation. Mr. Furrow was placed into custody and released to the Union County S.O.

Upon arrival and further investigation Jillian N. Cremeans, 20yoa of Urbana, Ohio was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence and was subsequently transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

The officer located the vehicle and stopped it. The driver was able to get the lights on the semi operational again and was not aware they had malfunctioned.
