11/1/2013	12:27 AM	Fire Support	East South St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a tree that fell onto a residence.
11/1/2013	4:52 AM	Road Hazard	SR 161 E	On the listed date and time while on patrol an officer observed a large tree branch protruding into the roadway. The branch was on the north side of the road on the west end of the bridge near Butler Avenue. The officer broke the branches and removed them from the roadway and contacted the street department.
11/1/2013	3:05 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	On the stated date and time,  an officer responded to a non-injury accident at W. Main and S. Jefferson Ave. Both vehicle's sustained very minor damage as a result of the accident. Neither party wanted a crash report and just wished to exchange information.
11/1/2013	4:08 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of SR 161 East of the corporation limits in reference to a disabled vehicle that was in the middle of the road.  The officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
11/1/2013	10:38 PM	Driving Complaint	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the area of US42 North (Bypass) in reference to a driving complaint. The caller advised that a silver Mustang was travelling in front of them at irregular speeds and swerving in its lane. The officer located the vehicle and made contact with the driver, who advised that he was lost and trying to figure out where he was. The driver showed no signs of impairment.
11/2/2013	8:23 AM	Non-Injury Crash	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time,  an officer observed a non injury crash at the listed location. Matthew Klaus 19yoa of Marion, was subsequently issued a citation for Full Time and Attention and a crash report was completed.

11/2/2013	6:19 PM	Disabled Vehicle	East Main St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a disabled vehicle. The officer arrived and assisted the driver who had ran out of gas.

Righter, 27yoa of Plain City was arrested on an outstanding warrants through Franklin County. She was turned over to Franklin County S.O.
11/8/2013	5:29 PM	Drunk Driver	Butler Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location to be on the lookout for a vehicle that was involved in a hit skip crash in Dublin, Ohio. Upon arrival to the area the officer located the vehicle on Butler Avenue.  The officer stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver. Upon further investigation Robert Graber II, 49yoa of Plain City was arrested and charged with OVI and Super Concentration OVI.
11/8/2013	8:12 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	Hawthorne Dr.	On the listed date and time, an officer was conducting a check of the of the new home builds on Hawthorne Drive when they observed a suspicious vehicle. Upon checking the residence it was determined to be a worker staying late.
11/9/2013	12:03 AM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, officers responded to a neighbor dispute at the listed location.
11/9/2013	8:33 PM	Assist Other Agency	Kimberly Dr.	On the listed date and time an officer was requested by the UCSO to respond as back up on a possibly burglary in progress at the listed location.

11/11/2013	1:25 PM	Animal Complaint	East Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint.
11/12/2013	3:08 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	On the listed date and time an officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to respond to an alarm drop to a church at the listed location.
11/12/2013	3:20 AM	Assist Other Agency	Finley-Guy Rd.	On the listed date and time an officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to check the area of Plain City Lafayette Rd. for a suspicious vehicle.  A MCSO deputy located the vehicle and it fled from him, crashing into a tree at the listed location. The driver then fled on foot. The officer assisted with establishing a perimeter.
11/12/2013	9:40 AM	Non-Injury Crash	East First Ave.	On this date and time,  an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash.      A 16yoa juvenile was issued a citation for failure to control.
11/12/2013	6:09 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non injury crash. Upon arrival and further investigation Douglas J. Martin, 20yoa was issued a citation for Failure to Yield From a Stop Sign.
11/14/2013	1:36 AM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	On the listed date and time, an officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to check a disabled vehicle on SR 161 east in the area of Cemetery Pike.
