Upon further investigation the driver Spencer L. Furrow, 37yoa of Marysville was issued a summons for Non compliance Suspension, Failure To Reinstate, No Operator's License and Failure to Transfer Registration. The vehicle was impounded at the Police Department impound lot and the vehicles registration was removed and returned to the BMV.

10/23/2013	8:56 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time  an officer initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle for an equipment violation. Upon further investigation Jarred M. Aitchison, 18yoa of Plain City was subsequently charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
10/23/2013	10:55 PM	DOC	West Main St.	On the stated date and time I responded to the listed location in reference to a fight. Upon further investigation Guril Jay Allman was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
10/24/2013	5:23 AM	Disabled Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer observed a north bound vehicle pull off the right side of the roadway at the listed location.  The officer made contact with the listed person and learned that he had just ran out of gas. The officer transported the subject4 to the Shell Station, where they obtained some gas and then transported him back to his vehicle.

10/25/2013	3:24 PM	Disabled Vehicle	US Rt. 42 N	On the stated date and time an officer observed a  vehicle pulled off of US 42 just north of Main Street. The driver advised that he had a flat tire. As he attempted to change the tire his vehicle rolled forward causing the jack to bend. The officer transported the driver to the NAPA Auto Parts so he could buy a new jack and then back to his vehicle to replace the tire.

10/29/2013	8:13 AM	Neighbor Dispute	East Main St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location  in regards to his neighbor. He advised that the neighbor had blown their leaves into his parking lot and up against his building. Contact was made with the neighbor and they were advised clean up the leaves or the neighbor would pursue criminal mischief charges. They were also warned not to blow their leaves onto others property in the future.
