10/4/2013	6:23 PM	Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and West Avenue in reference to an injury crash. Upon further investigation Rebecca Ross, 24yoa of Columbus was issued a citation for Failure to Yield. A crash report was also completed.

Upon arrival it was discovered the person was deceased. Upon further investigation and response from the Madison County Coroner it was determined the person had died from natural causes.

The officer made contact with the vehicle owner and learned that he had forgotten to shut it while getting stuff out of the back seat.

While en-route dispatch advised the officer that the caller informed them the subjects left. Upon my arrival the officer checked the area and did not locate any disturbances.
