An officer was dispatched to the area of US42N between West Main
Street and North Chillicothe Street in reference to an injured deer. The deer
was off the roadway on the eastside of the road in a corn field walking
around and appeared fine.

On the stated date and time, An officer observed a maroon Toyota
Rav 4 parked in front of the listed location. The westbound side of the
street is posted as "No Parking Any Time". The officer attempted to
make contact with the owner, but was unsuccessful. The officer placed a
Parking Violation Sticker on the window and returned to patrol.

On the listed date an office was flagged down by a passerby and
advised of the smell of natural gas in the area of West Avenue and Willow
Creek Drive. Upon the officers arrival to the area they also noticed the
smell. The officer requested the Pleasant Valley Fire Department to the
scene. Upon their arrival the officer stood by and assisted with traffic
control in the area. They checked several residences in the area but did not
locate any gas.

On this date an officer observed a white Ford sitting on the
northwest corner of the parking lot at the listed location. Upon checking the
vehicle the officer found two people to be asleep in the backseat of the
vehicle. I identified them (16 YOA) and (17 YOA), both of West
Jefferson. Contact was made with both parents and arrangements made for their
return.

On the stated date and time, An officer observed a large pumpkin
lying in the eastbound lane of West Main Street near Guy Street. The officer
was also met by the property owner who advised that two juveniles smashed her
pumpkin and removed a political sign from her yard. The officer also spoke
with a passerby, who witnessed them smash a pumpkin on the sidewalk. The
property owner did not wish to pursue charges and parents arrived on the
scene to pick up their children.

On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the
listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. The caller advised that
his daughter was at his residence asking for money and would not leave. Upon
arrival officer learned that there was no threat of violence or physical
harm. The adult daughter left the scene without incident and advised not to
return per the father.

On the listed date and time, an officer was advised of a parking
complaint on Gay Street in front of the listed location. The complaint was in
reference to a green Honda Del-sol. Upon arrival the officer observed that
the vehicle had three flat tires. The owner was advised to remove the vehicle
from the roadway.

police department in reference to a found cell-phone. The phone company was
contacted and advised to contact the owner to retrieve their phone.

listed location in reference to a suspicious person/solicitor complaint that had
been at the residence the day before. While en-route dispatch advised that
the caller advised that a male went to the listed residence and advised he
was there to help reduce electric bill and requested to see her electric
bill. It was discovered to be a solicitor for an alternative energy company.

silver Chrysler parked at the north end of the ball field at Pastime Park
engaged in suspicious behavior. Upon arrival all checked okay and the
occupants were advised of the complaint. .

determined the line was a cable line. Jerome Fire Department arrived a
short time later and repaired the line.

listed location in reference to a female juvenile not wanting to go to
school. Note: The Police have responded to this residence several times in
the past for the same. Upon arrival the juvenile went to school. Charges for

Hicks, 26 of London, Ohio was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI.

listed location in reference to a message delivery for The Madison County Sheriff's
Office. The officer made contact and advised him to contact to contact the
Sheriff's Office. I then returned to patrol.

area of 122 East First Avenue in reference to a possible blown transformer.
Upon arrival to the area the officer was able to locate the blown transformer
in front of the listed location. Ohio Edison was notified and they advised
they would have a crew en-route within the next one to two hours.

listed person at the intersection of Gay Street and West Avenue in reference to
found dog. She advised that she found the dog on West Avenue and it did not
have any dog tags. The canine was taken to the police department where it was
secured in the dog pen and the dog warden notified.

On the stated date and time officers received an anonymous
direct complaint of a loud disturbance at the listed location. The
complainant stated residents from the location are talking loudly or arguing
and would like it to stop. Upon arrival the officers met with the parties.
After speaking to them they discovered that they had a minor disagreement but
did not think anyone could hear them as they were not yelling. They
apologized for being too loud and stated they had stopped arguing prior to
the officers arrival.

a black and white canine came into the store with no owner. He advised that
the canine was not aggressive, but took off into the street when he

call back they spoke with a subject who advised that it was an accidental
dial. Upon my arrival the officer met with the listed person and found he was
trying to dial different number and accidently dialed 911. He advised that
everything was okay and apologized for the incident.
