US Rt. 42 N
An officer was dispatched to the area of US42N between West Main Street and North Chillicothe Street in reference to an injured deer. The deer was off the roadway on the eastside of the road in a corn field walking around and appeared fine.

SR 736
Us Route 42 North on a driving complaint. Officer spoke with both parties involved and a warning was given to the suspect.

86p - Parking Complaint
West Ave.
On the stated date and time, An officer observed a maroon Toyota Rav 4 parked in front of the listed location. The westbound side of the street is posted as "No Parking Any Time". The officer attempted to make contact with the owner, but was unsuccessful. The officer placed a Parking Violation Sticker on the window and returned to patrol.

West Ave.
On the listed date an office was flagged down by a passerby and advised of the smell of natural gas in the area of West Avenue and Willow Creek Drive. Upon the officers arrival to the area they also noticed the smell. The officer requested the Pleasant Valley Fire Department to the scene. Upon their arrival the officer stood by and assisted with traffic control in the area. They checked several residences in the area but did not locate any gas.

6060a - Suspicious Person/Vehicle
Village Blvd.
On this date an officer observed a white Ford sitting on the northwest corner of the parking lot at the listed location. Upon checking the vehicle the officer found two people to be asleep in the backseat of the vehicle. I identified them (16 YOA) and  (17 YOA), both of West Jefferson. Contact was made with both parents and arrangements made for their return.

On the stated date and time, An officer observed a large pumpkin lying in the eastbound lane of West Main Street near Guy Street. The officer was also met by the property owner who advised that two juveniles smashed her pumpkin and removed a political sign from her yard. The officer also spoke with a passerby, who witnessed them smash a pumpkin on the sidewalk. The property owner did not wish to pursue charges and parents arrived on the scene to pick up their children.

On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. The caller advised that his daughter was at his residence asking for money and would not leave. Upon arrival officer learned that there was no threat of violence or physical harm. The adult daughter left the scene without incident and advised not to return per the father.

On the listed date and time, an officer was advised of a parking complaint on Gay Street in front of the listed location. The complaint was in reference to a green Honda Del-sol. Upon arrival the officer observed that the vehicle had three flat tires. The owner was advised to remove the vehicle from the roadway.

On the listed date and time, an officer met a party at the police department in reference to a found cell-phone. The phone company was contacted and advised to contact the owner to retrieve their phone.

On the listed date and time, An officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person/solicitor complaint that had been at the residence the day before. While en-route dispatch advised that the caller advised that a male went to the listed residence and advised he was there to help reduce electric bill and requested to see her electric bill. It was discovered to be a solicitor for an alternative energy company.

On the above date and time, An officer received a report of a silver Chrysler parked at the north end of the ball field at Pastime Park engaged in suspicious behavior. Upon arrival all checked okay and the occupants were advised of the complaint. .

On the above date and time and officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a down power line. Upon my arrival, It was  determined the line was a cable line. Jerome Fire Department arrived a short time later and repaired the line.

On the above date and time, An officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon my arrival the officer learned that the alarm had been accidentally activated by an employee of the business..

On the above date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a female juvenile not wanting to go to school. Note: The Police have responded to this residence several times in the past for the same. Upon arrival the juvenile went to school. Charges for unruliness have been filed by the parent.

Officer initiated a traffic stop on Grey Street. The driver Gary Hicks, 26 of London, Ohio was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI.

On the above date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a message delivery for The Madison County Sheriff's Office. The officer made contact and advised him to contact to contact the Sheriff's Office. I then returned to patrol.

Shepper Ave.
On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the area of 122 East First Avenue in reference to a possible blown transformer. Upon arrival to the area the officer was able to locate the blown transformer in front of the listed location. Ohio Edison was notified and they advised they would have a crew en-route within the next one to two hours.

On the listed date and time an officer was flagged down by the listed person at the intersection of Gay Street and West Avenue in reference to found dog. She advised that she found the dog on West Avenue and it did not have any dog tags. The canine was taken to the police department where it was secured in the dog pen and the dog warden notified.

90 - Loud Noise/Disturbance

On the stated date and time officers received an anonymous direct complaint of a loud disturbance at the listed location. The complainant stated residents from the location are talking loudly or arguing and would like it to stop. Upon arrival the officers met with the parties. After speaking to them they discovered that they had a minor disagreement but did not think anyone could hear them as they were not yelling. They apologized for being too loud and stated they had stopped arguing prior to the officers arrival.

On the listed date and time while on patrol an officer observed a blue Dodge Durango on the lot of the listed location. Due to the time of day and the business being closed the officer made contact with the occupants.  It was discovered that they were looking a vehicle that was on the lot that they were considering purchasing.

On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to Gay Street in reference to a child that was scratched by a dog. Incident was referred to the Madison County Dog Warden.

On the listed date and time officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic violence incident involving a physical assault. Victor Martinez, 39yoa of Plain City was subsequently arrested for Domestic Violence and transported to Tri-County Jail.

On the stated date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose canine. The complainant advised that a black and white canine came into the store with no owner. He advised that the canine was not aggressive, but took off into the street when he confronted it.. I patrolled the area and was unable to locate it.

On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the area of Noteman Road and North Avenue in reference to tree that had fallen on some power lines. Ohio Edison was advised.

On the above date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Dispatch advised that upon call back they spoke with a subject who advised that it was an accidental dial. Upon my arrival the officer met with the listed person and found he was trying to dial different number and accidently dialed 911. He advised that everything was okay and apologized for the incident.
