11/13/2012	10f - Fire Support	Smucker Ln.	Officer responded to Smucker Lane to assist the FD.  Officer arrived and made entry  into residence and stood by for the arrival of the PVFD who assisted the patient.
11/13/2012	78 - Alarm Drop	Doe St.	On the above date officers responded to a residential alarm drop. Upon our arrival, it was discovered the alarm had been accidentally activated by the homeowner.
11/13/2012	10a - Assist Other Agency	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	On the above date an officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to check on a suspicious male subject in the area of the listed location. The officer searched the area, but did not locate anyone.
11/13/2012	64 - Vandalism	Maple St.	On the listed date an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a report of vandalism. A report was taken.
11/13/2012	18a - Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	On the above date an officer responded to the listed location on the report of several dogs running loose in the field behind the old elementary school. The animals were gone upon the officers arrival.
11/14/2012	86 - Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	On the listed date an officer was dispatched to the area of US42N and the north cooperation limits in reference to a driving complaint.  Officer made contact with the driver and determined they were not impaired.
11/14/2012	86p - Parking Complaint	East Bigelow Ave.	On the listed date an officer observed a trailer partially blocking East Bigelow Avenue near South Chillicothe Street. The vehicle and trailer were parked at the rear of the Auction house partially in the parking lot. The officer made contact with the business owner who had the driver of the vehicle move it off of the roadway.
11/14/2012	10a - Assist Other Agency	Friend St.	On the above date an officer was dispatched to meet with a MCSO deputy at the police department to administer a BAC test on a suspect.
11/14/2012	72a - Harassment/Menacing	East Main St.	On the above date an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a violation of a court order. A report was taken.
11/15/2012	60b - Well-being Check	North Ave.	On the stated date an officer was requested to perform a well being check on a resident.
11/15/2012	36i - Theft/Identity	Friend St.	On the above date an officer met with a victim of identity theft on station. A report was completed. An attempted scam was also attempted which was detected by a bank employee.
11/15/2012	20a - Domestic Dispute	Doe St.	On the stated date officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was discovered that no violence or threats of violence had occurred and that the parties were disputing over property.

11/15/2012	20c - Civil Dispute/Standby	Jackson St.	On the stated date an officer conducted a civil standby with a party that had a protection order to retrieve personal property. The standby was without incident.
11/15/2012	60- Suspicious Person	Village Blvd.	On the listed date an officer was dispatched to a business in regards to a suspicious acting person inside the business.
11/15/2012	34u - Unruly	South Chillicothe St.	On the above date an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly child not wanting to go to school. The child did go to school upon the officers arrival.
11/16/2012	24m - Marijuana	West Main St.	On the stated date an officer was dispatched to the listed location in regards to a marijuana complaint. An anonymous complainant stated they could smell the odor of burnt marijuana coming through the walls of a specific apartment. Upon the officers arrival the report was unfounded. The resident granted consent for the officer to enter into the residence and no odor of marijuana was detected.
11/17/2012	60c - Suspicious Circumstances	Harrington Dr.	On the stated date an officer was dispatched to the listed location in regards to a suspicious circumstance complaint.
11/17/2012	2 - Non-Injury Crash	West South St.	On the listed date an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash.
11/17/2012	98m - Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Smucker Ln.	On the listed date an officer was dispatched to the listed location due to the resident being locked out of her apartment. An officer was able to gain entry into the residence.
11/18/2012	2a - Non-Injury Hit skip	West Main St.	On the stated date officers were dispatched to W. Bigelow in regards to a possible fight complaint. Upon arrival officers were advised that there was an argument and a person driving a dark SUV fled the scene and hit a parked truck. Upon further investigation Donald A. Sargent, 23yoa of London, Ohio was charged with Failure to Control and Leaving the scene of a Crash.
11/18/2012	42a - 911 Unknown	Doe St.	On the stated date officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Hang-up. Upon arrival everything checked okay.
11/18/2012	86 - Driving Complaint	SR 161 E	On the stated date an officer was dispatched to the area of SR 161 E at the corporation limits in reference to a driving complaint.  Officer located vehicle at the Marathon and the driver had mechanical issues.
