On the stated date and time an officer was dispatched to the
intersection of West Bigelow Avenue and Maple Street in reference to a
non-injury accident. A Juvenile was subsequently issued a citation for
Failure to Yield-From a Stop Sign and an officer completed a crash report.

On the listed date an officer met with a complainant about
issues she was having with her cell phone provider. She was given
recommendations on what route to pursue.

On the listed date and time an officer was flagged down by a
passerby and advised of a crash involving a deer at US 42 and Rickard Road.
Upon arrival an officer met with the driver. The driver stated that she
was northbound on US42 when a deer ran from Rickard into the path of her
vehicle. She attempted to stop and miss it, but was not able to. An officer
located the deer and it was humanely destroyed. A passerby requested to take
the deer from the scene. An officer filled out a Deer Carcass Receipt and
completed a crash report. A copy of the receipt was forwarded to the Game
Warden.

On the listed date and time while on patrol an officer observed
a person in the roadway. Upon arrival, it was discovered that she was
attending to a feline that had been struck. The feline was removed from the
roadway and taken to the vet.

listed location in regards to a non-injury crash. Michael D. Hamilton, 46 yoa
of Plain City was cited for failure to control. A crash report was completed
by the officer.

On the above date and time, an officer received an anonymous
complaint of two male juveniles standing beside the listed location and they
appeared to be smoking something from a can. Upon arrival it was determined
that the substance was not drug related. Both juveniles guardians / parents
were present during the conversation with them.

listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was
determined that no violence or threats of violence had occurred. Officers
stood by as one party elected to leave the residence.

On the above date and time while on patrol an officer observed a
black Acura parked on the side of US Rt. 42 just North of N. Chillicothe St.
Dispatch was able to make contact with the owner and learned that the vehicle
had broken down. The owner advised that they would be enroute to retrieve the
vehicle in the morning. Since the vehicle was not a road hazard the officer
returned to patrol.

On the above date and time officers responded for backup with
Madison County SO on the report of a female being shoved from a car during a
domestic dispute. We patrolled the roadway but were unable to locate the
female. The female was later located at her residence and after our
assistance was no longer needed we returned to patrol.

an officer met with the homeowner and assisted them into gaining entry into

listed location in regards to a domestic dispute between two females. Upon
further investigation there were no signs of visible injury to either party
and there were conflicting witness statements as to what took place. Both
parties agreed to separate for the evening.

On the stated date and time officers were dispatched to the
listed location in regards to intoxicated subjects that would not leave the
bar. Upon arrival it was discovered that the patrons has been upset because
the bartending refused to serve them. Officer stood by as the patrons left
the premises with a sober driver.

On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed
location on an anonymous loud music complaint. Upon arrival, the music coming
from the apartment was audible, but not excessive. An officer made contact
with the resident, and advised him of the complaint. He advised he would make
sure the volume was kept to a minimum.

On the listed date and time, officers were dispatched to the
listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers met
with two residents. They advised that a third resident had woken up and
started yelling at them. They advised that he has since calmed down and
apologized for yelling. Officers spoke with the third resident and he
confirmed that he had been yelling saying they were loud and woke him. All
parties agreed to separate for the time being.

On the listed date and time, officers were requested by the
Union County Sheriff's Office to assist with a felony traffic stop on US Rt
42N. The wanted suspect was reportedly in possession of a handgun. Officers
were able to get the vehicle stopped on US42N north of West Main Street.
Officers of the Plain City Police and deputies of the Union County SO were
able to extract the driver and place him into custody without incident.

On the stated date and time an officer met with a homeowner who
had an unwanted person at their residence who was refusing to leave. Officers
met with the party and warned regarding criminal trespassing. The suspect
left the residence and was advised not to return per the homeowner.

On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed
location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The complainant reported
that her dogs were barking and requested that an officer check the outside of
her residence for and suspicious activity. Upon the officers arrival they
couldn't locate anything out of the usual. An officer spoke with the
complainant, and determined that the dogs were most likely barking at the
neighbor's who were leaving for work.

On the above date and time, an officer came across a
tractor-trailer with front-end damage that was parked in the parking lot of
the Plain City Bowling Alley. After further investigation, the officer
learned that Mark Sigler had been traveling north on US RT 42 / Jefferson
Avenue in the area of the Der Dutchman while operating a tractor-trailer when
he struck a deer that was crossing the road. Note: The deer ran east after
being struck and I was not able to locate it. A crash report was taken.

On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to
Jefferson Avenue in reference to a driving complaint. The complainant
reported that a black Honda was weaving all over the road and was last seen
turning on Village Blvd. Upon my arrival, the officer located the
vehicle parked at the listed location. The officer made contact with the
driver and advised him of the complaint. The driver informed the officer that
he weaved a couple of times because the car in front of him was traveling
very slow and he was looking around it to see if it was safe to pass. The
driver did not show any signs of impairment and was warned concerning his
driving habits.

On this date and time, officers responded to the listed location
on an alarm drop. The drop location was the foyer motion. The homeowner
arrived a short time later and confirmed everything to be fine.

On the stated date and time an officer received an anonymous
call of a vehicle that was parked on the bridge in front of the listed
location. Upon my arrival, an officer observed a gray Honda parked on the
bridge and sticking out into the roadway. The officer made contact with the
owner and advised him that the vehicle needed to be moved. He apologized and
stated that their parking lot was full. He was given suggestions for
additional parking and after the vehicle was moved, the officer returned to
patrol.
