The caller advised dispatch the vehicle was driving erratically and at high speeds. The vehicle was not located.
5/31/2013	1:15 PM	Recovered/Found Property	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time,  an officer met with public works at Pastime Park in regards to an abandoned tent that was left at camp site #36. The tent had been left at the location for over a week and no one has come to claim the items. The tent was removed from the site.

Upon arrival the officers secured the scene and blocked traffic. The fire department arrived confirmed that the downed wires were live. The fire department contacted the electric company. The street department arrived a short time later to set up road closed signs.

On the listed date and time an officer responded to the area of S Chillicothe street in reference to a possible intoxicated driver.  The officer located the vehicle stopped in the parking lot of the Bickham Center. It was determined that the driver was not impaired.

6/6/2013	8:53 PM	Obstruction of Official Business	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer observed a red ATV leaving the parking lot at the listed location. The officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop with the vehicle, however the driver attempted to allude the officer and wrecked the ATV shortly thereafter and fled on foot. The driver was apprehended and was discovered to be a 16yoa juvenile. The juvenile was transported to COYC for Obstructing Official Business  and was also charged with No OL , Failure to Register and Reckless Operation. The ATV was impounded.

The complainant also advised that the same subject had been standing there for quite some time on Sunday as well. Upon arrival it was discovered the person was using a media device and was able to obtain a "Wi-Fi" signal from that location.

On the above date and time an officer was dispatched to the below listed location on the report of an Unauthorized Use/Stolen Motor Vehicle. The vehicle and suspect was located in Columbus. A PCPD officer met with the Columbus Police Department and took custody of the suspect. Shannon D. Stamper, 42yoa of Columbus, Ohio was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
5/21/2013	2:22 PM	Assist Other Agency	North Ave.	On the above date and time, officers were requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to attempt to locate a green Ford Taurus driven by a female suspect out of a domestic violence incident that occurred in the county. The suspect was located in the 200 block of North Ave and UCSO placed the suspect into custody for outstanding warrants from Franklin County.

The resident advised that suspicious people had been in his driveway asking directions and they vehicle had left prior to calling the police.
