Officers recovered a U-HAUL van that had been reported stolen out of the Columbus PD. Subsequently, the driver, Donte Loy, 26, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. An employee with U-HAUL arrived on scene and took possession of the vehicle.
