On this date and time, an officer was dispatched to the bridge on Maple Street in reference to a male subject who had been standing on the bridge for hours. The complainant also advised that the same subject had been standing there for quite some time on Sunday as well. Upon arrival it was discovered the person was using a media device and was able to obtain a "Wi-Fi" signal from that location.

On this date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a subject who had possibly shot a cat. Albert "Keith" Ott, 58yoa of Plain City was issued a summons for Cruelty to Animals and Discharging a Firearm within municipal limits.

On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the 100 block of West South Street in reference to a theft complaint that occurred in the 100 block of West Main St. The reporting party was too intoxicated to make an accurate report and was instructed to call back when no longer intoxicated if they still could not locate their property.

Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle/Stolen Vehicle
Maple Ct.
On the above date and time an officer was dispatched to the below listed location on the report of an Unauthorized Use/Stolen Motor Vehicle. The vehicle and suspect was located in Columbus. A PCPD officer met with the Columbus Police Department and took custody of the suspect. Shannon D. Stamper, 42yoa of Columbus, Ohio was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

On the above date and time, officers were requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to attempt to locate a green Ford Taurus driven by a female suspect out of a domestic violence incident that occurred in the county. The suspect was located in the 200 block of North Ave and UCSO placed the suspect into custody for outstanding warrants from Franklin County.

The resident advised that suspicious people had been in his driveway asking directions and they vehicle had left prior to calling the police. The officer patrolled the area, but was unable to locate the vehicle.

It was discovered that the delivery driver had accidently delivered the package to the neighbors address and it was returned by the neighbor.

It was determined it was a parent attempting to have a child return home. The officer transported the child to the residence and gave the parent options regarding unruliness if it continued.
