Officer responded on a complaint of a vehicle unable to maintain lanes. The vehicle was located; the officer observed traffic violations and initiated a traffic stop. After further investigation, the driver, Cesar Larancuent, 33, of Madison Township, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Super Concentration and cited for Speed. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.206%. He was released to a responsible party.

Officer responded on a crash between two vehicles. After further investigation, Larry Zornes, 36, of South Charleston, was issued citations for ACDA, No Operators License and Driving under OVI Suspension. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
