07-Mar-26	7:36:35 PM	Drunk	SR 161	Officer responded on a driving complaint of a vehicle that was unable to maintain lanes. The vehicle was located and contact was made with the driver. After further investigation, Manuel Herrera, 35, of Dover, OH, was arrested and charged with OVI, Super Concentration, Open Container, Failure to Reinstate License and No OL. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.180%. He was released to a responsible party.

The caller reported that she called her lender, and they advised she was current on her payments. The tow truck left the area prior to the officers’ arrival. An incident report was taken.
