After further investigation, the SUV and the driver were located. Subsequently, Joshua Patterson, 33, of Plain City, was issued citations for ACDA and Hit Skip.

04-Jul-25	1:49:19 PM	Animal Complaint	Grant Ave	Officer responded on a report of a canine that had been left outside for an extended  period of time. The canine had access to plenty of food, water and shade and was not in distress.
