13-May-25	1:49:00 PM	Solicitor	Carriage Dr.	Officer responded on a solicitor complaint. After further investigation, Cody Gilley, 24, of Galloway and Matthew Chapman, 20, of Columbus, were both issued citations for Soliciting Without a Permit.
