Officer canvassed the area but did not locate the suspect vehicle.
11-Aug-23	5:59:00 PM	Domestic Dispute	West Second Ave.	Officer responded to a possible dispute between a male and female. After further investigation, the subjects stated it was a verbal dispute. Parties agreed to remain calm and separate.	Plain City Aquatic Center

12-Aug-23	7:18:00 AM	DOC	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded on a report of male passed out on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the subject, who had a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his person. After further investigation, Robert Hoagland, 25, of Pickerington, was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Due to his high level of intoxication, Medic 261, transported him to the hospital.
