Officer observed a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. Several attempts were made to contact the vehicle owner but were unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed to Kirby's Impound Lot. The vehicle owner, Candy Parkison-Ingram, 59, of Hilliard, was issued a parking citation.

Officer observed a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. Several attempts were made to contact the vehicle owner but were unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed to Kirby's Impound Lot. The vehicle owner, Larry Sparks, 60, of Cedarville, was issued a parking citation.

Officers responded on a report of a domestic violence incident. After further investigation, James Cameron Kile, 22, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

Officers responded on a trespassing complaint. The caller reported, a known subject had been calling and texting her numerous times throughout the day and showed up at her residence. She wants no contact with the subject. The subject was contacted and trespassed from the property and warned for Telecommunication Harassment.

Officers responded on a report of unknown male knocking on the door of the listed residence. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the male who was highly intoxicated. After further investigation, Daniel Rijos, 35, of Columbus, was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Medic 261arrived on scene and transported him to the hospital.
