17-Jun-23	9:41:00 AM	Juvenile	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer responded on a report of a juvenile locked inside a vehicle that was not running. Upon arrival, the juvenile had been removed by a bystander and was unharmed. Contact was made with the mother and she was warned for the incident. 18-Jun-23	10:00:00 PM	Harassment/Menacing	North Ave.	Officers responded on a report of harassment. After further investigation, Justin Wilcox, 34, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Menacing and Persistent Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

18-Jun-23	5:40:00 PM	Drugs - Other	Willow Creek Dr.	A traffic stop was initiated on a known subject with an active warrant. Officers approached the vehicle and smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and marijuana was located in the vehicle. The driver, Dakota Kelly, 25, of Unionville Center, was arrested for an outstanding active warrant out of Madison County and charged with Marijuana Possession. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
