Officer observed a vehicle parked at the listed location after hours. Contact was made with the driver, who advised she was an employee, waiting for another employee to finish their end of shift.

A found credit card was turned into the police department. Attempts were made to contact the cardholder but were unsuccessful. Per the card company, the card was destroyed.

Officer responded on a report of a rear hatch that had been open for a while. The officer secured the vehicle. A short time later, contact was made with the vehicle owner, who advised it was left open by mistake and nothing appeared to be missing.

Non-Injury Hitskip

West Bigelow Ave.

Officer responded to a non-injury hitskip at the corner of West Bigelow Avenue and Maple Street, for a stop sign and telephone pole that had been struck. Public Works was contacted about the stop sign and Ohio Edison was contacted about the telephone pole. The investigation is ongoing.

Officer responded on a possible parking violation however, there was no parking violation.

Criminal Damaging

West Bigelow Ave.

Officers responded to a possible criminal damaging complaint. A male and female subject had been kicked out of the listed location and then broke a window on a vehicle. After further investigation, Anthony Maouri, 28, of Heath, and Megan Jackson, 27, of Plain City, were arrested and charged with Criminal Damaging and Disorderly Conduct. Both parties were transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

Officers responded on a report of a possible intoxicated male in the area. Officers canvassed the area but were unable to locate anyone.

Officers responded on a complaint of an unwanted subject at the location and wanted them trespassed. The subject was verbally trespassed from the location.
