Contact was made with three subjects, who advised they worked for Fluent Solar LLC but didn't have Solicitor permits. Subsequently, Daniel Gough, 26, of Columbus, Joseph Kemp, 22, of Columbus and Michael Hang, 20, of Columbus, were cited for Soliciting without a Permit.
