15-Jul-22	12:54:00 AM	Juvenile	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed several juveniles out past curfew. Contact was made with the juvenile's and their parents and they were warned of possible curfew charges.	Pastime Park
15-Jul-22	1:01:00 AM	Driving Complaint	SR 161 E	Officer responded on a driving complaint, of a truck all over the road, in the area of West Main Street near the west corporation limits. Officer observed a traffic violation and initiated a traffic stop. After speaking with the driving, it was determined the driver was not intoxicated. The driver was warned for the traffic violation.
15-Jul-22	2:48:00 AM	Suspicious Vehicle	Carriage Dr.	Officer observed a parked vehicle with its headlights on, attempted contact with the resident but was unsuccessful. After observing nothing further out of the ordinary, he returned to patrol.
15-Jul-22	5:04:00 AM	Behavioral Health	Hawthorne Dr.	Officers responded on a report of suspicious circumstances and determined the caller was experiencing a mental health status change. Her husband was notified.
15-Jul-22	4:47:00 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Wesley Ave.	Officers were requested for a civil standby during a custody exchange. Once the officers were no longer needed, they returned to patrol.
15-Jul-22	5:08:00 PM	Disabled Vehicle	Village Blvd.	Officer responded on a report of a disabled vehicle. The owner was able to jump start the vehicle. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.

16-Jul-22	10:55:00 PM	Drunk Driver	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded on a report of a vehicle that stuck a road sign. After further investigation, Dion Bliss, 57, of Ashland, was arrested and charged with OVI. He submitted a breath test, that resulted in .180% BAC. Dion was also cited and charged with Reasonable Control and Super Concentration. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail and his vehicle was secured at the listed location.	Pastime Park
