13-Jul-22	12:00:00 PM	Abandoned Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer responded on a complaint of an abandoned vehicle. Upon further investigation, the owner is deceased and it is unclear how the vehicle got to the location. The officer advised the caller, that they could have the vehicle towed off the lot. 13-Jul-22	11:15:00 AM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	Officer responded on a driving complaint in the area of US RT 42 N, of a vehicle unable to maintain lanes. A traffic stop was conducted and field sobriety tests were conducted. The officer determined the driver was not impaired however, the driver's license was suspended. Subsequently, Brian Wilkerson, 46, of Columbus was issued citations for Failure to Drive in Marked Lanes (PC Ord.#331.08A1), License Forfeiture (ORC# 4510.11) and No Operator's License (4510.12a1). The vehicle was secured off the roadway and Brian was given a ride.
13-Jul-22	5:16:00 AM	Driving Complaint	SR 161 E	Officer responded on a driving complaint at ST RT 161 and Butler Ave, for a semi stuck at the intersection. The officer assisted the semi in maneuvering through the area and the driver, Matthew Alamillo, 25, of Markleville, IN was issued a citation for Driving Upon A closed Roadway (331.26A).
