Officer found a door unsecure, checked the building and nothing was out of the ordinary. Public Works was notified and the door secured.

Officer was dispatched on a suspicious person. After further investigation, the subject was returning property that had blown away from the listed location. After determining everything to be fine, officer returned to patrol.

Officer responded on a complaint of a found dog. The dog was returned to its owner and the owner was warned of possible consequences if it happens again.

Drunk Driver

East Main St.

During a traffic stop, Officers arrested Tessa Seagraves, 19, of Hilliard, for OVI, OVI Prohibited Concentration, Expired Tags, No OL, License Forfeiture Suspension. She was also charged with drug paraphernalia and marijuana paraphernalia. Tessa was later released to a family member.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle

Officer responded on a parking complaint. Contact was made with the driver, who advised he was in the area working.

Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor

Wesley Ave.

Officers responded on a domestic complaint. Upon further investigation, James Lemaster, 36, of Plain City,  was charged with Domestic Violence, Criminal Damaging, Disorderly Conduct and Menacing. James was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
