Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle on South Jefferson Avenue.  Officer made contact with the driver, Kenneth Kitchen.  Kenneth was ultimately cited for Fictitious Plates, advised of his court date, and his vehicle was towed to the Police Department impound lot.

Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an intoxicated male who was refusing to leave the business. Officers ultimately transported subject back to his residence. Subject was advised of the possible consequences if his actions continued. Subject was then released to his wife's custody.  Officers then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. The caller advised someone has knocked on the front and back door to the listed location three times, but no one was there. Upon arrival, Officer could not locate anyone or anything suspicious. A citizen brought in a wallet that was located under the bridge on Cemetery Pike at Plain City-Georgesville Road.  Officer learned that the wallet was stolen out of a burglary on 10/17/2020.  Officer spoke with Dublin Police Department Officer, who requested the wallet for his investigation.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. Officer made contact with all juveniles. Officer then made contact with all juvenile’s parents and one juvenile's grandmother and advised them of the situation. The kids were warned about crossing the street in the dark, and they stated they would be more careful. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic violence incident.  Subsequently,  Amber Jarvis was placed into custody for Domestic Violence.  Officer transported her to the Tri-County Regional Jail, where she was transferred into their custody without incident.

Officer was met on station by subject who advised that her son had found a wallet near the dumpster on Church Street just south of East Bigelow Avenue. After looking through the wallet, Officer was able to identify the owner of the wallet.  A short time later, subject arrived at the police department, and Officer returned the wallet.

SR 161 E

Officer responded to an injury crash on SR 161 at old SR 161.  Upon arrival, Officer found a silver Nissan that had been headed eastbound crashed into the read and side of a cement truck that had also been headed eastbound and was making a right turn onto Old SR 161.  See crash for further information.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible theft. Complainant advised she believed her daughter or daughter's boyfriend had used her credit card.  It was later found that the card is a joint card between complainant and complainant's daughter.  Daughter advised she would speak with her mother about the issue.

North Chillicothe St.

Officer observed a black sport motorcycle that appeared to be a Yamaha FZ1 traveling southbound on North Chillicothe St with no visible registration. Officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop with the motorcycle. Officer activated the overhead lights and siren, and the motorcycle fled southbound on South Chillicothe St.  Officer followed the motorcycle for a short period of time before discontinuing the stop/pursuit for public safety reasons.  Officer advised dispatch to notify the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Madison County Sheriffs Office to keep an eye out for the vehicle.

Officer initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle and made contact with Joel Long, a suspended driver, and his passenger.  Joel was later issued a citation for DUS.  Joel and passenger were advised to have a valid driver pick them and the vehicle up. Officer then returned to patrol.
